The communication is great! They was able to see the problem and fix it by any means which impressed me because the other shops was going around my main problem. The owner kept me updated about my car as they were working on it. UPDATE:: MY CAR SHUT OFF THE SAME DAY I GOT IT BACK. NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE...& THEN I RETURNED IT TO SEE WHY & I CAME BACK & HAD TO JUST FIND OUT HE REDIAGNOSED MY CAR AND WORKED ON IT AGAIN W|O MY PERMISSION SO I WAS SURPRISED WITH A PAYMENT WHEN ALL I WANTED TO KNOW IS WHY MY CAR CUT OFFF AFTER HE JUST FIXED IT. & THAT STILL DIDNT FIX MY PROBLEM WITH THE CAR SO NOW I SEE AT FIRST ITS ALL GOOD THEN LATER THE COMMUNICATION GETS SHORT. I admit it was an nice employee there that was able to help deescalate the situation and put the service on the tab since me and my bf wasn't aware that the car was diagnosed w'o our permission being that we just got it out the shop 2 days prior. Plus a few of the other employees didn't know my records and why he was servicing my car. They was like " I seen the car back there but didn't know what he was doing to it " Don't go here. It's a certain someone that will mess up your car even worse. This was December of last year!

They charged $200+ to put my driver's side window on track. I still can't roll my window up. I called multiple times, they stopped responding to my calls and texts. I have been going there for years. They loss a valuable customer.

Most terrible place bought a car for them and it was a lemon kept on going back to get it fix I’ve had the car not even 2 years yet just got the car fixed the other day payed them the money to pick my car up today and the same night it doesn’t want to start hen he tells me I have to wait until Monday no sir I don’t think so you have the worst business I have ever see I hope you get shut down for what you do to people!!!

The worst place imaginable. Went there to get the air conditioning fixed and the mechanic (owner of the place) completely messed my car up. He had my car for a month and was completely unprofessional. He never called me to keep me updated and he misled me to believe my car was all good. He returned my car back to me with 6 lights flashing on the dashboard (my car was perfectly fine when I brought it in). All the wires were hanging inside of the car and he did $5,500 worth of damage to my car. DO NOT GO HERE!
