Prepaid for a part that the said they would bring to Carlise Pa. last fall(2022). When I got there they told me they did not have it but would ship to me no charge. In late November 2022 they said their last shipment did not contain the part they had ordered and I would have to wait till the next shipment. January 2023 the told me this in an e mail " they will be here Feb 12th. They are in Panama Canal on the way to us. We are getting 20 and 17 are already sold." I asked if mine was one of the ones counted as sold. They said 'With out checking I would bet it is. We have only received 1 and was several weeks ago. I just looked and there are 15 more on that same container, so we should be getting 35 not 20." I sent an email on Friday to check but as of now I have got no response. I have restored many cars and done a lot of business with them but I am beginning to wonder if I should shop OPGI.

Based on my experiance with Steve in sales who had made it seem like he is doing me a favor I will NEVER do business with this company. Softball rules as to 2 strikes and you are out. Life is too short to deal with arrogant people! This place is NOT cheap and one would be better served elsewhere!

This is Scam company I think they take your order and make you wait for 3 to 4 weeks to get your parts from somewhere else basically they’re making money in the middle I would not trust this company to order anything for my classic cars

Ausleys Chevelle help me restore my Chevelle from scratch. It took over a 1.5 years and allot of good advise was provided. I am located in Australia so most communication was via email. They always replied promptly and professionally. I ordered parts a few times that I didn't need and they contacted me to explain why I didn't need them. One of my orders had a missing part that I didn't know about until one year later, got in touch with them and they shipped it same day. Best customer services I have experienced ever. 100% recommended. Well done Ausley's team.

This is a company specializing in Chevrolet chevelle restoration parts. I had a rear bumper that had gotten rusty and was detracting from the look of the car. A call to these guys fixed my issue. I was impressed by the knowledge and great customer service I received from the staff. The bumper was shipped promptly and fit perfectly. I had a five star experience.

I ordered a front end for a 66 chevelle along with other parts that I am restoring. When the parts arrived I had to comment to the delivery driver on how well they were packaged. Like we were supposed to do, I checked every piece for damage. The only damage I found was on the hood(see pic). I documented the damage with the delivery driver and immediately called Ausley’s customer service about the hood. The gentleman was extremely helpful and ensured the issue would be resolved quickly. Apparently the delivery service removed my boxes from a wood pallet which may have caused the damage. The communication and service was excellent throughout the process. The new hood arrived in a few days in perfect shape. Thank you Ausley’s, I will be buying the rest of my restoration parts for my 66 and 67 chevelle projects from you.

I ordered parts there for my '69 Chevelle to Germany - and it arrived faster than stated via FedEx. FedEx still asks for commodity tariff numbers. You just have to look for them. But Google helps quite a bit. All in all very satisfied.
