Three cheers to our Maintenance Man, Dallas. He is a polite, respectful and hard working dedicated individual.
We needed his assistance and he attended to the matters in a timely manner, effectively, efficiently and always with a smile!
What a blessing it is to have a professional like Dallas who truly cares about the Watercourse Apartment residents.

“I am one of the fortunate people that leased & moved in at the very beginning. I’m the first and only person ever to live in my loft. There have been growing pains. However, last year we got a new manager & soon after a new leasing specialist. Things started turning around almost immediately. Since the new (and current) folks took over question or issue I’ve had has been welcomed & in most cases solved immediately. Before they got here & took over, I was searching for a new place — but now, I don’t want to leave!
This isn’t just another apartment complex, it’s a community & even a way of life. The current staff (ALL of them, from the very sweet girl who cleans the common areas, to the maintenance manager & staff to the manager & leasing agent) are happy to see you, happy to listen whether it’s about your day or anything really. They even keep dog treats for the furry, 4 legged friends that stop by. They hosted a community wide trunk or treat for the first time! We now have all sorts of food trucks occasionally & they have many more community activities planned.
Come on down to the river…. Be another happy member of this awesome community !”

“The Lofts at White Furniture are a great facility and community to live in! They have all the usual amenities: Pool, Gym, Clubhouse, Dog park, etc. as so many of these factories turned living space have, however, the community I have found here in the two separate times I have lived here is bar none the best. Everyone is super cool and open to meeting new people which is so appreciated when much of the time people can just silo themselves in a building where they live. Great living experience for anyone of any age!”
“I’m impressed by the efficiency of Melissa Holder and her maintenance team the work has been taken care of and is completely done.
The other part is contacting the flooring company to come out against for repairs in my kitchen and living room this is the ninth time that I’ve been going through this process in my apartment! Since they caused me to trip back in January and I broke my pelvic bone and my left hip due to the floor not being fixed properly!”

“Just moved from Florida and absolutely love my spacious, updated apartment at Kirkwood. Mrs. Denise and Mrs. Emily made moving in easy and have been helpful for a new resident such as myself.”
“My girlfriend and I have lived here for almost a year and we have never had an issue. Unfortunately we will soon be moving out, and the only reason for that is to be closer to our jobs. We moved here from NJ and saw over 20 properties, but we found none to be better than Keystone at Mebane Oaks. We found the rent to be the best priced for what you get.
The management at this property is the best. They will help with any issues residents may have. The maintenance team is also really great and quick. Many apartment properties take a couple days to weeks to make repairs, but not here! Personally I have called maintenance a couple times for small issues like a light going out and the battery in my door lock needing to be replaced. Maintenance was there and had it fixed within 10 minutes.
Lastly the property is very clean. I have NEVER seen mold or any bugs in my apartment. Many places nearby have major issues with those things, but here I can say it has been very clean.”
“We have been calling Glennwood apt home for years now. It is in a good location near major store and highways. The apt suit our needs and it is well maintained by the complex. No bugs, rundown amenities. For the price is a good place to live.”

“Had to visit Burlington for a couple days for some training. Other familiar named hotels in the area didn’t have great reviews. It’s just me on this trip so I gave this place a chance. I was getting here very late on day 1, I called ahead of time and they were able to assure me I’d have a key no matter what time I arrived. I arrived near midnight exhausted and my key was waiting. I wasn’t expecting what was basically a little apartment.. It was nice. A little living area with small kitchen, pots, pans and utensils. How water is crazy hot, everything is clean. No issues with anything working, AC was like a freezer just the way I like it. Office lady/owner was super friendly, I could have talked to her for days. Other guests were quiet, parking was by my room. Very happy.. If I come back to this area I’ll be here again.”
