I dropped a box truck off in service that needed a check engine light looked at. Service guy told me they're a week out. 10 days go by and I call for an update and they still haven't touched my truck. I was unhappy about this and they got it in right away. They called me with an estimate which I approved. The final bill was more than double the estimate. I asked for a reduction and they said they couldn't lower it anymore. This was my first time here and it will also be the last. I gave a 2 star instead of 1 because the employees were all still very polite.

Had my truck towed here 1/4 for a no crank no start. They told me they'd look at it 1/7. Didnt pull it into the shop til 1/11. Picked truck up 1/14. After replacing the starter, they didn't run the wires through the loom bracket correctly. My floor mat was missing. The louver for my feet hvac was missing, and someone had smoked in my truck dropping ash on the center console. Only reason for 2 stars is they have good customer service and communication. But clearly the shop is slow and workers didn't show care for my truck.

Matthew 7:17 dropped my truck off to get fixed while I went on vacation, even offered to share my breakfast while I was there waiting for my ride. Showed the service guy my notes about all that I think is wrong with the truck, on my phone. Pick up my truck a week later, they changed some bad batteries...fast forward to yesterday, mind you I only been back at work 2 days, and now I have to leave it to be taken to another shop. I really do not appreciate switching trucks. North Carolina you take the L.

Called n scheduled a day to my truck to have some simple things added. Called back 4 days later they still had not looked at my truck. What was the point of an appointment? 4 days without your truck is an eternity in the trucking world. Went on the 5th day n picked my truck up, still they hadn't even touched it. Also I had to call several times just to get someone to answer. I have zero tolerance for such bs!

Wanted to get a duplicate key made for a rental from Ryder after finding you cant just go and duplicate the original at a Walmart or big box home improvement store. Not surprisingly, I found out most of the International dealers don't do it either. They sold me a key block and I still have to go and get it cut somewhere! Money Money Money.....Money

Truck stayed at shop for a week and they hadn't done a diagnosis on it. I waited two weeks for the appointment, and several others came after me but were placed before me. Then I was told my business wasn't important with only one truck by the service manager Reggie. Learned a valuable lesson.. Won't go there again ever... Small Business Owners beware
