I do not like all the SELF check outs. More times than not the used to be cashiers are very rude. I say BAN Walmart. We have other options.

I love this Walmart pharmacy. Staff always willing to help and John gives great customer service. He always solves any issues that arise with insurance or my doctor’s office. He is great!

Not a good location to do Spark at they DO NOT know how to load up a vehicle. The woman that was coming out to load us said that she "forgot a tote that contained part of the order." Which was lie because when she came back she came back with another woman that came out and refused to load us because "there's no way to separate the groceries" we have 4 bins to separate everything. We belive this could be a racial issue because we have never had this issue before i have never dealt with such ignorance. These people are clearly lazy and can't be bothered to do their job. This is the only place that has an issue with the way our vehicle is set up. We drive a minivan with the bins in the back. These people clearly do not know how to load up a vehicle please do not waste your time here.
UPDATE! MY MOTHER JUST GOT KICKED OF THE SPARK APP AFTER I HAD POSTED THIS REVIEW!!! IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR ACCOUNT DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!!

Would give zero stars for this place if possible and it isn't because of product or store appearance. I have never in my life been treated so poorly. I was accused of trying to steal a $1 loaf of bread, by not scanning, when I showed the employee, that locked my self checkout register up, mumbled under her breath and walked away after loudly accusing me, that I did in fact scan all the items I had in the bagging area, she sent over another employee that had an even bigger attitude and after everything said and done, all my items were scanned, the register would not let me pay for my groceries, they had to cash me out on another register, which shows equipment failure, not customer failure, I still never got a simple apology for being loudly accused of trying to steal. Instead the 2 employees that caused the issue to start with stood and talked to other employees and customers quite loudly about me to the point my husband, who is normally very quiet had to let the manager know they needed to stop before he got involved and 1 employee stood there and argued with the manager. And still at the end of it all I still never got a simple apology.

As a business owner nothing upsets me more than items being out of stock, but after driving to multiple walmarts I make it to my last stop 2 minutes before closing and they would not let me in. I've got a large party to prepare for and your business hours are clearly online. You've gotten rid of actual cashiers, and we pay by card. So, What reason is good enough to deny a customer entry? 11pm means 11pm, and not 10:58. On a more positive note this store stays pretty clean and the employees generally give great customer service where they can with short staff.

I was threatened by a employee named Isaiah for asking him to watch his language in front of young small children and he said he could talk anyway he wanted because Wal-Mart would not fire him for any reason and the mothers of the children thanked me and said that they would shop else where so they would not have to see him agIn

I'm a regular customer as well my family and do work through a company for Wal-Mart so when you mistreat me, follow me around as if I'm a stranger or a thief I feel like your harassing me in some sort of way. I dont steal, I don't even give off that type of energy nor have I EVER BEEN CONVICTED OF ANYTHING. I DONT EVEN HAVE A CRIMINAL RECORD.
I dont know if it's because I'm black or what but I notice it from time to time depending on what management is there. This one in particular tall, white male on a phone almost ran me over walking passed me as I was going to the register. Than I notice 3 employees ran up to the front staring watching my sister and I at the register I assume to make sure we scan everything.
They didn't greet us or anything. How rude is that to treat people who spend their hard earned money like that and try acting like we are thieves. I loved this Walmart but now I think i may take my money elsewhere. Don't judge people off looks or color get that weird mess out of your head please it's sickening and disturbing

Rude employees, clutterd isles with employees that act like you aren’t a shopper that the only ones that matter are the ones who have online orders. It’s ridiculous I’ve been waiting on hold for 25 min for a manager. To all the consumers out there we need to stick up for ourselves these Walmart employees have got real disrespectful lately. Maybe they need a lesson on being grateful they don’t smile say excuse me or anything it’s a nightmare. One employee just got real nasty with me I’m going all the way to the top I’ve had enough!!! Stayed on hold for right at 36 min no one cared enough to come back on the line and let me know they were busy just left me hanging but that’s not uncommon these days it’s sad..

2nd time our grocery order has had multiple missing items. This time more than half the order was missing. My wife went to the store with the receipt. Customer service gave her nothing but attitude, spoke to her like she was stupid and made her feel like it was her fault the order was incomplete and then blamed the driver. She was told she would have to call the company the driver worked for and to purchase the items for a second time if we wanted them right now. Customer service was rude, disrespectful and absolutely no help. Done with Walmart, canceling Walmart +
