This has got to be the worst pharmacy in Goldsboro. 3 times I've been in the 6 months to pick up my daughters medicine for them to tell me it's ready only to get there and it's out of stock. After waiting more than 30 min. You would think they would not run out of medicine being that is a pharmacy but magically they do. Them yesterday they had to close and didn't inform the customers until you drive up and saw the paper taped to the window. I'm so done with this store. The only reason they got a one star is because I can't give them negative one hundred.

Came in to get two 5x7 photos printed off. Was totally ignored by two staff members for over 20 minutes. When so asked I asked for a manager they both said they were one. One said sorry I’m not working photo today. That is not a answer a manager should say. The other went and got shampoo for another staff member while I still sat. They both were cutting up laughing and talking about their personal life. One was on a cell phone and claimed it was the store cell phone. Both were very lazy and unprofessional. I have supervised many staff, this is very unacceptable. Two pictures is all I needed.

Do not come here for a vaccination/booster appointment. The appointment times apparently mean nothing and they will get to you when they get to you.When they do eventually call you up, they seem to have no idea what they are doing or why you are here. The one good thing about sitting here for over 45 minutes so far is I got to witness how poorly they treat their older customers.Is there anything better than watching 20 somethings disrespect our veterans.Well. Time to try to retrieve my vaccine card and go someplace else.Pathetic.

Waited an hour for a prescription for my sick kid. They told it wasn’t ready when it was. The manager did nothing other than make excuses even though I’ve spent a quarter tank of gas waiting with a sick child in the car.Go to a different walgreens

They are very slow, especially in the drive through window.
They seem to have trouble getting medication in stock. I’m still waiting for an Rx that was requested three weeks ago.

I was waiting to get my vaccine. They tell me it’s going to be an hour wait because someone is getting off work. I sit down to wait. I hear the loud mouth, rude pharmacist Heather say, after I finish filling out my paperwork, “vaccines aren’t my priority. So unless someone is going to draw it she’s going to have to keep waiting”.. but the pharmacist is the person that gives the vaccines and I also witnessed her be rude to an elderly woman too that was just trying to inquire about her medication. All I know is if vaccines are not her priority they should not be allowed to be scheduled at the time I scheduled mine for.

The pharmacy deserves 0 stars its this one particular pharmacy tech Tracy in the Goldsboro nc location on wayne mem dr.she is very rude always has a nasty attitude,very unprofessional and not well liked.her scrubs are always wrinkled, hanging off her and she looks very unclean and dirty she makes the pharmacy looks bad and she needs to go.

Three attempts to follow up my two Covid shots and three times disconnected. Once I was referred to an 800 number. After telling them I had received two shots and was requesting a booster, recording said “ sorry. We are not scheduling a fourth shot at this time.” Then disconnect. I called the store again and they said I had to schedule through corporate. I must not have the secret number to call. Really, really lousy service. Once again, I will have to go to Wal Mart…a nightmare in itself!

I scheduled an appointment to have a Covid test done here. Upon arrival I was told that no tests were available. I drove an hour because there were no time slots available in my area. The pharmacy tech didn't seem to care when I complained. I said the website needed to be updated to reflect the fact that they had no test and she said the website had no way of knowing that. The least someone could have done is called and cancelled the appointment by phone. I wasted my time and money coming here and I'm very disappointed in the customer service I received.

I've been patient in the past with long drive thru lines, long hold times or just no answers at all when I call. Even last week when Hailey answered & put me on hold to "get to a computer" & never came back to call. Tonight I finally got an answer from the pharmacy & not call center. She didnt state her name, argumentative & rude about waiting for over a week on my refill. She blamed the Dr. I'm over the continued poor customer service, extremely long waits & taking my business elsewhere.

The store workers are friendly and the store itself is fairly clean and organized (thus the 2 stars), but today, I had a SCHEDULED appointment to receive some injections at the pharmacy… waited in line there for half an hour only to be told that the technician left early… I’m just wondering why I wasn’t called and told my APPOINTMENT was canceled?!?! I understand that things come up, but it shows a complete lack of respect for my time. I took off work for this for no reason… not even an apology, just asked me to try again tomorrow. Very disappointed… would not recommend using this pharmacy… but the store is fine ?

Went for my second covid dose tonight. Pharmacist or whoever administer the vaccine was already gone. The pharmacist I dealt with was RUDE. she didn’t apologize or anything. She said well the cut off is 8pm. Then why did the schedule online allow me to book that at Appointment for 8:15. Horrible Attitude. Horrible experience. Just plain rude. Someone should have called for me to go in sooner. I live 35 mins from this Walgreens and i drive all the way there to find out the person left.
