“I came in to Matthews Motors with no vehicle and desperately needing one, and left with an awesome awesome one. The staff was very friendly and made me feel right at home. They did everything they could to get me into this new vehicle. The vehicle was unbelievable the interior was like brand new and not a scratch on the outside. Days 6-10 were spent waiting for a different dealership to call us back…. For the record…. They’ve still not called!
As we hung up from our 7th time calling them I was angry & feeling defeated. I closed my eyes & gave it to God cuz whatever it was we were doin was not working!!! A few minutes later we were fixin to pass Pennington Auto. We have known Hunter for about a year. My husband got out to talk to him to see what they had. From the time my husband got out, to the time we drove off the lot with THE TRUCK was less than 90mins!!!!
4days we spent anxious, angry, & annoyed waiting on someone to call us back!! Less than 90mins it took Hunter & Jack to show us the truck….& for us to sign on the dotted line!
I am a FIRM believer in that there is a lesson in EVERYTHING!
The lesson we learned…. Not all car sales people are the same. There are still some kindhearted amazing people out there!!!!!

Terrific cars is by far the absolute BEST dealership I’ve done business in regards to customer service. Billy and Breonna truly care about their customers experience and value their business. They are a used car dealership and out of all the new and used car dealerships I’ve purchased from they make sure that they’re not just selling you a car but a good car that will function properly and not have major issues in the future at the time of the sell. If there’s anything that’s not caused by the buyer or isn’t ware and tear they will fix the issue with no problem and ensure you have sufficient transportation while making repairs which usually only takes a day or two. I’ve bought from new dealerships that don’t honor their customers business the way terrific cars does. So if you’re looking for a dependable car with great customer service go check them out.”

“I have been driving my new car for two weeks now driving an hour and half both coming and going to work with absolutly no issues! It is just a very clean all around great car! I have been burned by local dealers in the past but Vann's reputation from ones in the community I talked to and reviews on line stood out to me. I explained my situation and budget and he worked with me when no one else would. He and his staff answered all my questions and made me feel like I was part of the family!
