Smaller store so it’s limited in what you can find here. If you know exactly what you need and you want a place to go where the prices are reasonable and associates are friendly, this works. Oh and they stay open later than the other beauty supply stores so that is also a plus.
But personally, I prefer Beauty World on Ash because they have a much larger selection to choose from. Their associates are very knowledgeable about everything from the brands they carry to best hair for your texture and color. They will actually walk around the store with you and take the time to help you find exactly what you need. For someone like me who needs more hand holding they would definitely be my first choice.

At the time of my visit, wigs were by one get one half off. They sell clothes as well as the latest beauty supplies, lashes, and fine jewelry... Visit for the ultimate experience!

Great customer service. Went in for the first time a week ago and fell in love. Between the helpful cashier , the clean and organized environment , and the plethora of quality items to select from I was greatly satisfied. Went in for 1 thing, came out with about 8. Then I even left to go pick my little sister up from the hair salon and took her by to grab a bonnet! It was both of our first times visiting.

Now I don't know how to spell her name but there's a worker by the name of Laisha and she literally saved a bad hair experience for me and my daughter. After running around town in search for a hair store last minute with no success Ultra Beauty was our last hope. Not being from here I have no sense of direction so we rushed blindly. Called the store with 10 minutes closing time to ask if they can just give me 3 minutes more that i was coming.Not only did this employee(whom was there alone and cleaning up because the store was about to close) keep in touch seeing how far I made it but she literally waited for us and served us. My daughter was leaving for Miami 2 o clock in the morning and her hair looked like Cynthia off rugrats. Laisha definitely saved us. I will be coming to this specific hair store forever. Thank ya'll for having a great employee with great attitude and spirits. Definitely great meeting her. Thanks Ultra! Thanks Laisha❣️
