The second time going to this location and not happy with service. First time I went to get hair extensions and the young lady said she would call me when she spoke with her manager about products and prices. (Never received a call). This time I went for lash extension. Not satisfied with outcome. I have done my lashes for some years so I know the steps to getting them done. Towards the middle of our session, I can feel she was getting frustrated and started rushing through the placement. Once done I mentioed to her what I observed and she would give me reasons why. Will not be going to this location again.

I was a new client and Kristen worked with me to get more of my natural color back to keep it lower maintainence for this busy mama. I felt welcomed and it didn't take all day. I love my new style and color and look forward to going back in the future. Prices were very reasonable as well.

I called the Salon today last minute, no appointment & Kristen Whitfield answered the phone & she told me she was available right away. She greeted me with a Smile, took good care of me, most of all she was polite, kind, & I love my hair. She did exactly what I ask! I will be going back & now I have a Hair Stylist! I got a spray tan with Amanda, she is AMAZING! The color turned out beautiful, Amanda made me feel comfortable and she knew exactly what she was doing! She explained the aftercare, I will be returning for another!

My daughter went for a haircut at this place, and the lady named Lindsay Miller was very condescending with my daughter, she told her how she wanted her hair and this lady was laughing in her face, saying it won't look good on her. Lindsay was talking about getting out of work that she was tired , every time she would look at my daughter she would say oh you would look cute anyway... My daughter was devastated because the haircut was super short nothing like she said she wanted it to be. I am making this review because this Lady just didn't care. My daughter cried for days. So, if you go to this salon please don't ask for Lindsay Miller.

I went in to go from dark to light and told Caroline exactly what I wanted. Not only did she deliver: but she exceeded my expectations!! She made me feel gorgeous and made me fall even more in love with my hair!! 10/10 would recommend her for all your hair needs!! The entire staff was so kind and supportive! I love the atmosphere and everyone who works there! I refuse to go anywhere else !

The best place in Goldsboro for your hair needs. I am absolutely in love with my hair everytime I leave. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Also they have a nice selection of boutique clothes and tanning! Jennifer is the best!

Alicia is awesome. My husband repeatedly comes to her for his military hair cuts. She is the best he has had in our bases. She is friendly and affordable. Come check her out in the New Year.
