“I cannot say enough good things about Ash Street Inspection and Tire. I’ve had a very slow leak in my back tire but could never find a hole or where it was coming from. I had originally made an appointment at Discount Tire and when we went to drop the car off, the associate took one look at my tires and immediately said that the tread on the tires is what’s causing it to lose air. After telling them I did not want new tires, nor need them because the tread was still decent, he suggested putting the spare ‘donut’ tire on. Even after that, I still left my car there for them to look at. I called Ash Street Tire originally looking for a used tire and whom I spoke with, I think his name is AJ (?), he told me to bring my car to them and they’ll take a look at it, no appointment necessary. We went back to discount tire to find that after over an hour of it being in the parking lot and an appointment scheduled, they hadn’t even touched it. We picked the car up and took it to Ash Street Tire. Within 10 minutes they had my tire off, found a small pin hole in the tire, and had it patched. And if it weren’t for us talking with all the guys there, it probably would’ve been less than that honestly. I really am so thankful I called and got it fixed instead of being faced with the option to buy all new tires or ride on a donut. Tyler, AJ, and the two other guys are awesome. We will definitely be returning for our car and truck needs.”

“EXCELLENT service throughout my time there. He greeted me when I pulled in, with a friendly smile, and saw what I needed. He immediately went to look for my size tire and was gone for maybe 2 minutes. The installation time was extremely fast. The price was also excellent, comparable to other places in the Goldsboro area, but included balancing and installation. He also offered to place the extremely dirty spare (donut) back in my MKX. He knows what customer service is. If you need a set of tires or a used one, you won't go wrong seeing Ricks. If I could give a higher rating, I would.I value customer service, and here, so do they.”
