Arrived at the store to find it wasn't open. The time listed online is for 9 am opening, but the hours on the door say 10 am.
For a large corporate ran store, they should do better.
I also found that the employees were sitting their vehicles, and it was almost a quarter til 10.. I think it takes more than 15 minutes to properly open the store and get ready for customers

This store changed hours of operation from 9pm to 8pm without updating this listing which caused me to miss my Amazon return window. Now I'm out $50 dollars. Thanks staples.

Whenever I call here its like trying to get ahold of a mythical creature to get anyone on the phone. If I have a simple question, need a quick piece of info, or just something quick like that I have to drive all the way there. I've called on several occasions over the past several months for business related inquiry's and every single time I end up getting conflicting answers, left on hold for 20 minutes just for the line to drop, or no one answers at all despite it being business hours. Whoever is in charge of this team needs to either be retrained, replaced, or needs to get a grip on their employees and systems. HIGHLY unprofessional and I wouldn't be surprised if this place went out of business soon.

Store apparently closes at 6 pm on Saturdays. On both Google and the staples main website, the hours for this store are open until 8 pm.

There is a worker with black hair, a white woman around 50 years old, very bad customer service, you ask for help and she doesn't approach the person, from afar she is saying no! it's impressive every time I come to staples it's the same with that lady, the store manager should talk to her. Because as a worker she is useless.

I came to Goldsboro for work purposes. I needed a usb A extender cable and saw on the website that there was one for $4. However, when I came the in store price was $21. The person at the fron counter was very friendly in honoring the price match. On the way out I had forgotten my phone on the counter and she ran outside handing it to me. She really cared! Great customer sevice!

Update your hours on here or stay open an extra hour than what you have posted at the store. Wasted gas driving all the way there just to find out that you were closed an hour prior!!!

I’m etremely upset with the experience I just had at this staples. I had to help my aunt print a form. She came and got me to go back after she had already tried to print it herself. She called upset because the young lady behind the counter refused to assist her. She picked me up because I have a broken leg and we went back. I was able to help her. Before we could get out of the store, an older gentleman asked the same employee for assistance faxing a document. She refused to help him also. He pleaded with her to help him and she spoke to him in such a rude way. My aunt and I walked over to help and she informed us not to help him. Needless to say WE DID! Turns out this man is an elderly disabled vet with a brain injury. I am so disguested with the attitude of the young woman and how ugly she was to. Anyone who needed her help. Obviously, if everyone were tech savvy, there would be no beed for a staples.

Hamza recently assisted me with a copy project. He took my order and finished it 1.5 hrs early to save me a trip back to the store. I will definitely be using this location again. Thank you Hamza
