Well... I called yesterday (Friday morning) and it had not been touched all week (due to some staff issues). I hung up with disappointment. Then BOOM! Barry calls back after lunch and says its done! “I called one in Greenville NC and was told they had a 2023 F80 treadmill on display, they said yes- so I went 30 miles each way, they did not have it on display. Called back a few days later, on hold 5X and still not built. I called the one in Goldsboro and spoke to Mckenzie who went and looked twice to confirm they had what I wanted on display, she was great!!!”

“I've shopped regularly at Foot Locker, and have purchased athletic shoes in several of their stores in different cities and states for more than 40 years. We moved to Goldsboro a year ago so this was my first time in the Berkeley Mall site. I needed a pair of new sneakers, and unfortunately they were out of my size in every style I liked due to the recent Black Friday sale and the Christmas holiday. I'm giving them five stars anyway because my experience was what I expect from the chain, they still offer a superior selection of styles and high-quality athletic shoe brands, and the customer service was excellent. The sales associates were nice and didn't complain about having to search the stockroom for me so many times. Highly recommend.”

“After a long golf layoff I selected the crew at First Tee Golf Shop to get me back to the "First Tee" I chose the fitting service provided by David to first fit a set of Irons, then later a Driver. I was also able to have him work with my 14 year old son to get him in a great fitted starter set. The experience has been first rate. The fitting was done without any sales pressure pointed at a specific brand or price point, just what I hit the best. Golf is not a cheap sport and I feel confident that the money I spent was spent on the correct clubs for me.The store is clean, well stocked, and carries many different brands and price options. I have made a drive of over a hour each way to visit the shop. My time was well respected, appointments made and kept. I can't wait to get out on the course with my son to shoot a round with our new clubs.”
