“I've shopped regularly at Foot Locker, and have purchased athletic shoes in several of their stores in different cities and states for more than 40 years. We moved to Goldsboro a year ago so this was my first time in the Berkeley Mall site. I needed a pair of new sneakers, and unfortunately they were out of my size in every style I liked due to the recent Black Friday sale and the Christmas holiday. I'm giving them five stars anyway because my experience was what I expect from the chain, they still offer a superior selection of styles and high-quality athletic shoe brands, and the customer service was excellent. The sales associates were nice and didn't complain about having to search the stockroom for me so many times. Highly recommend.”

“Purchased a firearm here today , Kimberly took the time to explain and answer all my questions to perfection ! She taught me the stores process for firearms purchases , smiled and was super pleasant to conduct business with , I don't usually purchase firearms at these types of locations , but I recently purchased a firearm at Academy Sports in Selma and went away not to happy with the purchase process and the lack of transparency, the sales people were very nice ? but being new to purchasing at a store, versus a Bonafide Gun Shop. Academy Sports can learn to be better at their job , ask Kimberly at Dunham Sports of Goldsboro, she will give you the 411 on how it's done .... Much thanks to Kimberly, she is terrific. They’ve got a really good group of guys that are going to give you what’s best for you, and they’re honest guys, if they don’t think you need new equipment they will tell you. They do a great job in every aspect of what a fitting should be. David and Ray especially are great guys and will give you everything you need. 100% recommend!”
