Slow as slow could be. All I needed was to turn in equipment and it would have been over an hour wait.

This store used to have employees that didn’t run back and forth from the back to the front unless they were helping someone. Today I just sat in there for over an hour. The three working stood there talking to each other back and forth from the front to the back helping maybe 3 people. When I arrived they had 14 customers waiting, 5 walked out for the same reasons. You can’t get much done here anymore. Sitting for an hour or more is crazy.

Too busy, need more customers service clerk on duty, but why complain about when we can do like the clerk said; we can pay by phone or credit card at the kiosk. In other words we the customer have the choice to sit and wait our turn to be served. 10/04/2023 wait was not that long and there was more customer service reps present today. Best day to go is on Sunday

Had to drop off equipment, no other reason. Told the wait time was over an hour. Why there isn't a drop box is very poor planning and unnecessary. Went to ups and dropped off the equipment, which took 1 minute. Please don't hesitate to go to the ups and do not go to the spectrum store

I've had the WORST SERVICE with Spectrum. They don't mind charging you, but don't deliver service. My service stayed off, more than it stayed on in the first 3months. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND this service to anyone I know. Will be suspending this relationship soon. Thanks.

I never experience any difficulty with getting great tech support from Spectrum. They helped me understand my concerns,and answered promptly any other questions. Spectrum is A-One.
