Horrible customer service. Public displaying our finacials loudly so other customers could here. And simply rude!!! Never again we cancelled the account today after that.

Staff provides a small town bank appeal, where everyone knows your name. This has been my primary bank for years. They offer all services that we have come to expect of larger institutions, but with a personal touch. Southern Bank primarily serves in Eastern North Carolina.
