Nightmare ..Buyer. Beware. Please do not buy out of desperation. Your money is an investment that we all work hard for. Bottom line is that i purchased a vehicle test drove it air conditioner worked great . Day 3 no air blowing hot air vehicle service engine light on shaking jerking trembling like it just want to give up . Please bring a mechanic that knows about vehicles if you decide. This vehicle was a piece of junk. Jerking knocking hot air . They rigged it up then after you ride a few days it acts up. I wish I had read reviews before purchasing

I recently purchased a car on May 2, 2024, and I couldn't be more disappointed with the experience. Not even 30 days later, on May 21, 2024, the engine started making rattling and knocking noises, signaling a major issue. Despite the car being nearly brand new to us, we hadn't even made our first payment before it broke down.
When we contacted the dealer about the problem, the response was shockingly rude and unhelpful. I was met with hostility and a complete lack of empathy. The dealer was only concerned about money and showed no intention of making things right. When we dropped the car off I began taking the tags off, the dealer came out yelling that we wouldn’t be reimbursed because we were returning the car. His aggressive and confrontational attitude was appalling.
To make matters worse, the issues started almost immediately after the purchase. On May 3, 2024, we had to replace the sway bar, the links, and the struts. The very next day, on May 4, 2024, the spring on the driver’s door kept coming out, and on May 5, 2024, we had to pay to get it fixed just so the door would close properly. We only fixed these issues because, like with all cars, you have to give them some TLC.
This dealer has no regard for customer service or satisfaction. It's clear they are only interested in making a quick buck at the expense of unsuspecting buyers. Despite seeing some bad reviews, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and judge for myself. Unfortunately, my experience confirms that this business deserves its poor reputation.
Save yourself the trouble and avoid this dealership. They are untrustworthy and treat their customers terribly. This business deserves a -0/10 rating. Do your research and protect yourself from predatory practices like these.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. THEY SELL LEMONS KNOWINGLY. I bought a car from them and had been putting money into getting things fixed the entire time i had it since day 4 of me having the vehicle. Got to the point i stopped making payments and let them come get it. They’re a slum dealer!

My husband and I got a truck from there and it drive real good. Before we put any money down we drove it and check everything we needed to check under the hood front and back. We just got back in town from Maryland and not once did it let us down.

I was in the process of moving and they repoed my vehicle some months back with all of my belongings, including my mom’s remains in it. I understand they have a job to do but you don’t have to be so mean to people that are going through a difficult time. Very heartless people, and would not recommend anyone purchase from them!

My son purchased this vehicle back in February and it started messing up 2 months later. Transmission. It still hasn't been driven. I also know another family member who van is in the same condition. I didn't know they brought their car from the same place. I would not encourage anyone to buy a vehicle from there. Waste of money.

Been working on my car since I got it. Started messing up two weeks after. I call and told them that it was messing up. He ask what wrong with it. I said when I come to a stop. And get ready to go it don't want to go it takes off slow and much more. He told me it's nothing he can do. It's buy as is. Now It don't work and I'm still making payments on it. Then they told me I owe 1,730.¢¢ on it and till now I made 918.85. but then telling me I owe 1,296.¢¢. ..smh never again will I ever.imma pay it off and I'm done. Buy at your own risk. I'm tired putting money into my car to fix it from day one. I don't think we should do that.
