Had shirts that fit my husband. I had to made 3 trips back and forward but the staff was sooo friendly and helpful. After 2xs some people might would be harsh not this staff. They all got a 5 star for service. So, thanks for a awesome day shopping JCPenny's!

Sabrina in Fine Jewelry is the best. I had a repair in 2021 In which she sent off for me. Fast forward to now, she went above and beyond to assist after Durham employees failed to answer the phone and place the order correctly. If you have Fine Jewelry needs, go to this location!

I had a curbside pickup. I checked in and waited 20 minutes because I figured they were busy. No one came out.I called but someone hung up on me. I had to go in to get my item. I was walking with the girl to get my item from the back. Another worker was coming out the back with items as she was going in. I got my item and as I was going to my car there was another curbside person. The woman coming out the back was taking her items to her. She was waiting no more than 5 minutes for her item. Bad business!! Do not offer the service if everyone is not treated the same.

The customer service associate would not price match an in-store item with the jcpenny online price even though it's stated on their website that they do. I drove 45 minutes for the item I wanted and left empty handed. I will not be back again.

Great holiday deals. It has been awhile since I've been to a JCPenny. The atiee was stock and staff was helpful. I was able to get some holiday shopping done.

The sale associates there need to be more friendly and welcoming the customers more than what it is right now. I have been to many Sephora locations in and outside the country but this one is there worst customer service I’ve ever got. Unfortunately it’s the closest one to my house. I would rather go order online. Bad shopping experience.

I’ve said it once and I will say it every time. GO. SEE. ERMA. at the jcp salon. I can not say enough good things about her. If you are like me and have always struggled to find a good stylist and just do it on your own this is your sign to stop because Erma is A.M.A.Z.I.N.G! This was my second time back with her and I had just as much of a good time talking to her and having her do my hair as the first time. She takes very good care of her clients not only your hair but when you sit in her chair you will definitely not be bored she has such a kind, genuine personality and so funny! I left with beautiful silky soft hair and an beautiful reverse balayage. I have naturally curly hair and to see how shiny and sleek she got it was awesome. I will continue to go back to her and I recommend anyone who sees this and needs a stylist or even just a service to book with her! THANK YOU ERMA!!!

This particular JCP is clean and nicely organized. I like how the staff always seem to know what they are doing. They are helpful in most situations customers may have. Very easy to pick up online orders. Just go to the first register you see and they will verify and retrieve your items. No need to look for a customer service desk.

I shop here all the time and never had a bad experience. I’m not sure what all the bad reviews are about. The ladies are always nice and welcoming to me. My only complaint is they are always out of stock of stuff compared to Sephoras in major cities

I didn’t gather her name because honestly she was so rude I didn’t care to even check but the woman who was working at around 11:45 on 2/12/22 was the rudest employee I have ever encountered. She has dark hair, blue eyes, ORANGE Skin that was so cracked and cakey I wouldn’t want her advice anyways. She was so extremely rude to my MOTHER I had to hold back with every ounce of my being. I actually found something I wanted but I refuse to buy anything if there was a chance she could get even a cent of commission. Never again. Please fire her or send her to some sort of training. From other reviews I’ve read this is not the first time.

I walked in about an hour ago and this girl with blue eyes, fake tan, dark hair was extremely rude to me and my boss ( which had her five year old son with her). we came in to get one thing and leave. She was assisting another costumer when she tried to include us in the conversation, I turned around to listen and she rudely said "okay never mind". it took my boss a second to turn around because she was attending to her child, but before she could she had made that snarky comment.
