Over 2 hours to have tires rotated. They clearly do not take their work seriously and they’ve taken their members for granted. They’re not even busy, just going through the motions. Sad state of affairs at the Goldsboro Sams Club.

2nd time coming to Goldsboro and shopping at Sam's Club. A huge variety of products and more of than compared to Greenville and Jacksonville Sam's Club. Everyone we met from employees to shopper's were very friendly and helpful. We'll be coming back when we're in Goldsboro again!!!?

At 4:30 no rotisserie chickens were ready . Had to wait until 5:00 for them to cook. Alarm goes off, no one came, ten carts lined up. A gentleman asked the meat department for assistance. A lady came out and informed everyone she was on break and had 15 minutes left. Finally, called the store from line to ask for the manager.... read full comment
