We literally just finished being followed inside this location. We knew exactly what we were coming in for, so we kindly turned down the request for assistance immediately upon walking in. We felt watched for sure. There were other customers in the store shopping that were not African American. Upon going down the foot care aisle, with our items for purchase in towe, we were watched from the end of the aisle. We knew the entire time we were being closely monitored, which negatively impacted our shopping experience. We were getting ready to head back down the aisle to make our purchase, the lady saw us coming and scattered back to the register. We were dressed nicely, we had no purses. So I really don't understand this discrimination. The other ywo ladies shopping went down the same exact aisle, guess what they weren't monitored at all. I witnessed and observed with my own eyes. So sad. I immediately called upon us leaving the store after check out to let them know our experience. I received a generic apology from their manager, Sam, and barely an explanation about the behavior or acknowledgement that this took place. I didn't feel secure that my concern and the level of customer service I experienced was taken seriously. If I decide to go back, it's going to be a different experience if I have anything to do with it - but if that's the way that they treat their customers, I am certain they could care less about the patronage from black customers at this location based on my experience.

Store must be empty as the website and app always say nothing is available for pickup or delivery. Why even bother to offer those options if nothing ever is "in stock"?

I recently bought a pair of clippers. I had a barber to attempt to set them. The barber indicated that they were defective. Attempted to take them back. Sally's said they could do nothing. They encouraged me to contact Wahl (the manufacturer). So I'm out of $70? Want ever buy anything from them again. Customer Service....a lost art.

Although pleasant and helpful there was only one employee and other customers were needing assistance and had to wait. Two of the items I was looking for that I was pretty sure should be in stock or not available in stock. It is a fairly small beauty supply. It is in a convenient location in the same shopping center as Walmart on Spence avenue.
