Originally I thought I was getting amazing service until it came time to get another oil change and nobody would touch my car because the bolts on my skid plate were stripped. I was advised to return to Retro Lube, which I did. Once I got there, I explained the situation and they assured me the issue would be fixed. I confirmed prior to leaving that the bolts were changed and they, once again, said yes. Fast forward to my next oil change and the technician shows me a picture of one of the bolts on my skid plate - it is stripped and they cannot get to my oil filter to change it.
This tells me that either the technicians at Retro Lube lied to me and neglected to change my oil filter in the process or they did replace the bolts but stripped them once again.
I am quite disappointed and will not be returning.

Went in today to get restoration on my headlights and these gentleman have always done great work and service to my vehicle anytime I come. Thank you guys for what you do for all of us customers and the community! My lights on the car now shine brighter than ever. When I got my vehicle the headlights were always foggy and cloudy , this is the first time I’ve seen them clear ! Thank you so much for the work on my car .

I am writing to express my concerns and frustration regarding the treatment of my girlfriend by one or more of your employees with this business. She wasn't disrespectful verbally. However, she visited this location on my request to help me out while I was at work, to get an inspection and oil change. During the visit, she was informed by one of your employees that the transmission fluid was low. Not knowing much about car maintenance, she agreed to have it addressed and was subsequently charged $70. While I understand the necessity of upselling additional services as part of your business, I strongly disagree with exploiting customers who are not knowledgeable about the services being recommended. I find it hard to believe that my car needed 4 ½ quarts of transmission fluid, especially since I had checked it last week and found no signs of major leaks. At most, it might have needed a small top-off, which certainly does not justify a $70 charge. The cost of transmission fluid is typically between $30 and $50, and the service required to top off fluid does not warrant such a high fee. I am upset because this incident feels like a clear case of taking advantage of a customer, particularly a woman, and charging an unreasonable amount for a service that may not have been necessary. This is not acceptable to me. I have been a loyal customer at this location for years, but based on this experience, I am reconsidering my future patronage.

I took my vehicle into have my brake pad changed. After they changed the pads my vehicle started making an airplane noise. when I took my vehicle back to them they said my caliber was cracked and this is nothing they did. I then took my vehicle to the dealership and they stated that Retro Lube did not release my brakes and tried to rip the pads off. Which cracked my caliber. After I had my vehicle repaired the owner became very defensive and stated that he would only pay for the pads and not the caliber because I have an extended warranty. He acted like I caused the issue. Then I find out they never changed my brakes. The technician realized he broke something and just put my wheel back on and said I was good to go. Their negligence has caused so many issues for me.

Everyone was so professional and courteous. When I pulled up, someone immediately addressed me and took my vehicle to be serviced. The wait time was not long. There was an area to sit outdoors as well as indoors. There was popcorn and other snacks if desired, while waiting. 10 out of 10!
