Stopped at 4:35pm to get an oil change and the guy said they couldn’t do it because it was after 4:30. They close at 6pm. Don’t have to worry about me coming back. Nice job.

Came in for a check engine light. They gave my car a diagnostic check, charged me 250 for it and told me the needed to get the parts to fix the issue on my 2018 car.
Never heard back from them, called several times over the course of 5 weeks and only ever got the run around.
Went two days ago and told a guy about it when I was seeing if they could do an inspection. Dude said "huh."
Don't waste your time here.

Don't waste your time here. I came for an inspection. They didn't tell me up front that it would be over a hour wait even though I was the second person in the building this morning. I left after a hour went to Jiffy Lube and was done in 15 minutes.

Nothing but professionalism from this crew! These guys are excellent. I came in to get a tire patched. They ran it through all the tests, talked me through everything they did, answered all the questions I had, reinstalled the tire and put the spare back in place. I am pleased with the whole process. While I was waiting in the lobby I was able to see interactions with several other customers. Seeing the way Andy, the assistant manager, interacted with everyone l, explaining issues then the solution, was great. That alone would make me come back! Special thanks to Abe, workin the front desk, and my technician Rahn G! They made it happen for me today. Thanks yall!

Told them had no start issue went to autozone for battery alternator and starter check. I think it is the fuel pump I told them. They said it will be diagnosed again since they have an 10,000 machine and will look at the fuel pump. After they said it was good just like autozone did but for a 75. Then want 135 more to look into what else could be wrong. ?

Took My Car to Precision Tune in Goldsboro on June 9th for an Alternator Replacement. My Vehicle Warranty has a $450 Deductible: the Warranty Company Approved the Purchase of the Alternator from O'Reilly for $538; Can You Believe that Precision Marked that Same Alternator Up to $900. TOTAL RIP OFF!!!! I advised all of My Church Members and Union Members to NEVER!!!! Go to Precision Tune in Goldsboro NC

I took my car to Precision Tune to have my brakes checked. Cal, my Service Technician, did the diagnostics on my brake system and told me that my brakes were fine. I appreciate the honesty because some places would have told me the opposite to make some money. I highly recommend Precision Tune of Goldsboro due to their honest customer service approach. Also, I want to give a special shout again to my Service Technician Cal and to Erika the Service Advisor who was super helpful and friendly.

NEVER bring your vehicle here for work …they will mess it up and then try to take NO accountability for it …I am currently filing a lawsuit against this shop …On April 9th I brought my car in for a simple AC diagnostic The shop told me that it was debris in my line that take Freon right? So I pay them $300 to “blow it out” …get home one day later AC completely blows hot air …take it back they say “Oh it’s actually your Ac condenser needs to be replaced” so I pay them over $980 to fix this ….i come to pick the Car up it literally won’t go into drive from park in their parking lot I’m stuck …lights on the dash that were never there before were illuminated and blinking …My touch screen radio wasnt working now and my hood release latch now isn’t working …I immediately get out the car and go into the shop to inform the manager Derek of what His mechanic Jeremiah has done to my vehicle ..He knew immediately his mechanic did some things wrong that caused the car to not go in drive and the lights all on the dash showing …so he tell me leave my car overnight and come back Tommorow to get car and it will be fixed properly …okay so I WALK home in the heat right …come back next day to get the car it’s back to normal besides radio and hood latch being broken now so I take the car home Furious mind you they offered me nothing but a free oil change card ?….three days later the AC which was supposed to be fixed by precision starts making a loud knocking noise when cut on but when it’s off no sound comes from the car …I immediately call precision auto and inform them AGAIN that the problem they was suppose for fix had again gotten worse ..At this point I know the mechanic didn’t do his job properly because my vehicle NEVER had any issues with sounds or anything I just simply wanted my ac to blow colder and stronger so I took it to them …Worst mistake of my life!! So I go back to the shop and get them to look at it again and they come up with another lie to get me to pay more money they said my house was a tension pulley and my Idler pulley needs to be replaced (A blatant Lie) so I take my car elsewhere and get both replaced and guess what? Noise still there and I was informed that neither pulley was bad or needed to be replaced and it was a brand new belt on the pulleys …The second mechanic said Precision Tune has a bad reputation for doing people like this …I have nothing parts they swore needed to be replaced and that was what made the noise all of a sudden and I will be taking both with me to court for evidence that again precision lied to get me to funnel money into mechanic work….The employees are so rude and nasty even the manager with the ponytail the young guy he shouldn’t NEVER be a manager his attitude and “It’s your fault” bravado is pure disgusting…I have filed a letter of intent to sue Precision auto and it has been delivered if they do not make this right within the next 5 days I will be pursuing full lawsuit against them in the court of Wayne county ….please do not take your vehicle here or you will be dealing with the same mess I am currently having to deal with …and to the precision employee reading this right now ….SEE YOU IN COURT!! ?

We took a commercial vehicle for our brakes to be repaired. I made an appointment more than 24 hours in advance. I gave the rep all of our Fleet information at that time. We showed up for our appointment on time. We waited for over an hour before they gave us the diagnostic report. Then, they proceeded to inform us that they were waiting on approval for the service. 2 hours later, they informed us that they still hadn't heard back from our company or started on the vehicle. At this time we requested that the service be charged on the company credit card. They informed us that the cost was $1200...for obvious unnecessary repairs. We ended up leaving without getting the vehicle serviced.

My daughter dropped her car off at 11 am, I met her there. They never called my daughter to let her know her car was done. I dropped her back off at 3 pm. Supposedly the guy working on her car left, nobody called her, her car was still in the bay and an hour later, she's still sitting there waiting! And they'll probably charge her full price for this bullcrap!!!!! I would not recommend this place at all!!!!!
