Had a simple fix even had the part ... but due to my car breaking down on the road. I had them tow my car was told would be done the next day or first thing on second day. Tried calling the 2nd day with no answer (all day). Went following Monday to find out they wanted to do things not needed and hadn't even touched my car

Was quoted a suspension repair with front bumper replacement for $1300. The turn around time was good, but the service quality was poor. they replaced the headlight compartments (which isn't the same price as replacing the suspension), fixing the fender( left a huge gap between the front door and the fender), and re-utilize the front tire, which flattened after 3 hours. Due to work schedule, I left the car to be repaired and paid up front. Here are my list of complaints:

I cracked my driver side rocker panel on my 2007 corvette wide body kit they fixed and painted it with in days!!! They have been slowly fixing past shops mistakes. I will definitely be coming back for more custom work. The customer service definitely matches the work. I trust no other body shop with my vette!!!!

The man at the desk was awesome. However, they put a silver door handle on my car inside, my door wouldn't open from the outside and I had to get my child out from the other side. And my driver side door handle protrudes beyond the door now and there is a knock inside my window. I feel they rushed the job instead of doing quality work.

My Jeep Wrangler was having paint and clear coat issues until I took it to Precision Body Works in Goldsboro. I was very impressed with their professionalism and craftsmanship. My Jeep looks like new. Thanks.
