Bought a side by side and trailer from here. At end of purchase was told trailer has a recall and would need to return for repair. We're finally able to take back for repair, dropped it off on the 3rd, called on the 8th to check on it and was told appointment for repair was on the 8th??? What about the rest of the time it sat there??. Would get call with update, it's now 16th, and still no call. Called and was told appointment for repair is 16th!! Uhh no!! Advisor I was dealing with is no longer there so the repair was removed from system but don't worry Anna is just filling in and trying to catch up, she'll update me. Yeah, heard that before. I said it's been over 2 weeks and nothing has been done or even scheduled??? Yup!! Ridiculous!!!! Horrible service after the fact!!!! We'll NEVER buy here again!!!!!

very disappointed!!! went in on Thursday and made an appointment to get my 150hp Yamaha boat motor serviced that I bought from performance East last October/November and was told by the service department it would cost $400 . Got it serviced today as promised. went to pick it up and was told the amount is now $576.00 after some discussion, the young lady in service reduced the price to $474.00 . Wow then I get home and there are greasy foot prints in my boat and oil in the splash well . Not happy !!!Cecil Williamsseven springs nc

Absolutely the WORST dealership ive ever dealt with. They pushed my boat out the front door without performing the slightest bit of QC. Ive been working with the manufacturer because the amount of negligence at this dealership is so abundant that we know they could never even fix the issues. They say the did QC my boat, so they are either absolutely terrible mechanics or Liars. I think they are both. Horrible Experience. Spoke with sales rep awaiting my ski to arrive.it arrived and I was told would good credit my apr would be 4%. Received a cal from the dealer finance and Austin stated it would be 15% interest. I asked why the change . He said not enough credit history and my report indicated my car was just payed off. Jeep in mind, my credit history has been documented for 17 yrs. I paid off a $50000 vehicle almost 6 months early. Bait and switch to the fullest. I live In cedar point and unfortunately another location opened here a year ago and have nothing positive to say. Also, the owner should create the main phone number answering machine is recorded In an office and on speakeri should've known from this beware

I had a negotiated a deal with a very unprofesional salesman Matt Howard on a wellcraft 352. I purchased air fare and a rental car for me and my wife to come down and do a sea trial at the owners house. I kept in touch with Matt including the day before our flight to make sure nothing had changed. He confirmed that the owners son Stuart would be there to give us the test drive. MATT SENT ME A TEXT AT 9:00 ON THE NIGHT BEFORE OUR FLIGHT AND SAID WHILE TRANSPORTING THE BOAT TO THE COAST SOMEONE WROTE A CHECK TO BUY IT!!! Ridiculous lie!! I am out over $2,000 in air fare and rental car fees. If you are thinking about purchasing from this unprofessional, deceiving joke of a dealership, I would take your business somewhere else. WHAT KIND OF DEALERSHIP WOULD DO THIS TO SOMEONE? Not a dealership I will ever go back to!! Save yourself, read all their bad reviews online.
