Taylor was very patient today on the phone answering all of our questions. Then after that, he texted us pictures and kept answering our questions by text and was so helpful and patient. We decided to drive down and see him and the motorcycle trailer we were inquiring about. He is just as helpful in person as he was by phone. SOLD!! Taylor was very thorough in getting us out the door and set up with tag, making sure our bolts were torqued correctly and air in the tires as it should be etc. If we come back to buy something else, we will definitely ask for Taylor! Good experience! Thank you, Taylor.!!!!

After the second time in 2 years I carried my Can Am Spyder in for service I check the oil level which was a pint overfill. I siphoned off the pint and the oil was as dark as molasses which indicated my oil had not been changed for at least 2 services that I was charged for. The service manager had my oil changed but there was no compensation for the prior oil change. I saw no way to give No star.

Horrible service!! Was told after purchase that my trailer needed a recall repair. Finally dropped it off on 3rd for repairs, called on the 8th and was told that it was scheduled on the 8th for service. What about the rest of the time it sat there?? Now it’s the 16th and still nothing so I called. Now the service date is the 16th?? So nothing has been done?? Yep!! The advisor I worked with is no longer there so repairs were canceled and it just sat?? Oh but they’ll call with update!! Heard that before but don’t worry because Anna said a little too shortly that she’s filling in a trying to catch up,so……… when I tried to speak to service manager of course he’s at lunch, but he’ll call. Don’t know what number cause Anna never bothered to ask it. NEVER again!!!

Bought a side by side and trailer from here. At end of purchase was told trailer has a recall and would need to return for repair. We're finally able to take back for repair, dropped it off on the 3rd, called on the 8th to check on it and was told appointment for repair was on the 8th??? What about the rest of the time it sat there??. Would get call with update, it's now 16th, and still no call. Called and was told appointment for repair is 16th!! Uhh no!! Advisor I was dealing with is no longer there so the repair was removed from system but don't worry Anna is just filling in and trying to catch up, she'll update me. Yeah, heard that before. I said it's been over 2 weeks and nothing has been done or even scheduled??? Yup!! Ridiculous!!!! Horrible service after the fact!!!! We'll NEVER buy here again!!!!!

If you are in the market for any kind of ATV/UTV/BOAT etc. Give Joey Lombardo a call. This has by far been the best experience with any dealership I have ever been too! Their customer service and undivided attention was second to none. He even took the time to introduce me to the employees in the parts department as well as service department. Even after I made the purchase, they have reached out to me multiple times to ensure my complete satisfaction. They have definitely earned my continued business should I have need in the future!

very disappointed!!! went in on Thursday and made an appointment to get my 150hp Yamaha boat motor serviced that I bought from performance East last October/November and was told by the service department it would cost $400 . Got it serviced today as promised. went to pick it up and was told the amount is now $576.00 after some discussion, the young lady in service reduced the price to $474.00 . Wow then I get home and there are greasy foot prints in my boat and oil in the splash well . Not happy !!!Cecil Williamsseven springs nc

After 2 months in the shop, I was told that one of my 2 jet skis was ready to go in the water. Here’s what happened when I put it in the water the next day. Anna in the service department was very helpful and tried to offer some some solutions to help me, but then I was called by Jacob the service manager and told not to bring it back there, that there’s no way it’s their fault that my jet ski sunk, and that they are not going to work on my jet skis anymore. After paying over two thousand dollars to their service I’m left with 2 jet skis that don’t run. Now I need to put them in another shop and spend more money and hopefully I’ll have them for next season. I had also asked to speak to the owner before this even happened and was told by Jacob “that’s not gonna happen”. It’s actually a good thing it sank, because they also left a battery connecter loose and I could’ve gotten stuck out on the water. Interesting this all happened after I told them I wasn’t going to have my other ski serviced there…

Great service and staff. I dealt with joey start to finish between getting a price over the phone to coming in and purchasing a bike. He did not disappoint. He was very helpful in helping us decide what best fit our needs but did not try to push anything on us. 10/10 recommend

Been using Performance East Parts Department for 5+ years for most of my CanAm needs. The guys/women back there always get it taken care of with whatever I need. From Nitrous fills, to the parts, and even accessories. Always a pleasure to shop with them. Bryant, TJ, Vaddem, Josh etc. always willing to help out in any way!!!
