Were very helpful and quick with my truck’s inspection.Update:We recently needed some help with a diagnostic for our truck. Was in contact with them multiple times and each time was told a different day to bring it in. Whenever we would call ahead to verify bringing it in and would once again get pushed off. Not sure if they really are too busy or if they just don’t want to help us. We won’t be bothering them again.

When my car began to miss badly, I ran the codes and went through all the steps I knew to identify the problem with no luck. Someone recommended Parnell’s. They are very knowledgeable and identified that the car needed a relearn for a crank sensor I initially replaced when the issue began. The price was very reasonable and the staff was friendly.
