Me and my wife came in to get pedicures and my wife a manicure. This college worker i think her name is Anne, was a very very proactive worker. My wife didn’t even know what she wanted but staff was excellent and knowledgeable. Nails turned out to be better than expected and we made some friends!! It’s really refreshing to have quality nail salons here at home rather than having to go all the way to Raleigh or Greenville for service!!

I hate my nails. This girl stayed on the phone the whole time I got my nails done. I have nail polish every where. It looks like my child wanted to do my nails and I let her. The nail polish has uneven strokes so I can see light spots. Nail polish all around my cuticles and on my fingers. Did not want to be mean or argue so I just left and called to see how can I remove my nails. It will be a long time before I go back and if I do someone else has to do them

The older woman was a complete B*tchI asked the other lady to please do my nails very politely she asked why instead of trying to make me feel comfortable. I told her why then the older lady preceded to laugh in my face should have spit on her for talking about me in a different language.

Terrible services. Don’t waste your time or money. I definitely know better next time also get total amount in writing because this nail salon changed the price on me 2-3 times. Charged me for a manicure when I did not get one. The women that did my nails was all over the place (she seemed confused), by far the worse nail salon I’ve gone to in Goldsboro, not to mention they were not following protocol to cleaning the supplies used for their shop! If I get anything on my finger & toe nails I will do what I need to do. Can’t believe I saw such bad unsanitary nail salon. Save your $$.Services: Manicure

HIGHLY disappointed at the service overall. Had two incidents happen, not including mine. First, a customer paid for something she did not get done when she had clearly stated it several times before the service was rendered. Second, a lady came in for a repair and the nail tech basically shaved off her cuticle to the point where the lady winced out loud & left. My experience is one that definitely needs to be said because I don’t want anyone else paying for what I paid for. I specifically asked the nail tech I saw if he (guy with the tooth necklace) could do this design (see pic). He stated he could, just not exact replica. Well I can understand not doing the same shapes but doing a COMPLETELY different design all together? He simply could’ve suggested another one of the nail techs but no. Did not tip & definitely won’t be going back.Service: Acrylic nails

I’ve been going to this shop for over 20years, Tommy and Wanda are wonderful people. They are professional and the prices are reasonable. Anytime I take them a photo they deliver stellar results. I’ve never had any issues with this salon and im always happy with my services. I live in Cuba now but I always stop by anytime im in town. Thank you Wanda!

I received manicure, pedi, and waxing services. I currently have polish on the inside of my hands from the manicure that was not cleaned off. As soon as I got into my car I see 6 or 7 strings of hair on my chin (In which I just got waxed and it already wasn’t much to wax) so I go next door to beauty supply to get tweezers so I can remove my own hair. Very disappointed in the chin wax. My pedicure was AMAZING. The young lady who did them did not rush or do anything I didn’t ask for. All together I give a 2 star and those go straight to the pedicure service. This is my first review ever, and I can honestly say I am disappointed overall my nails are filed slanted and wax services are not up to par. I’m not sure why my tablet won’t allow me to upload photos, but that’s okay, just be sure to choose the correct technicians . I requested a fill in and eyebrow wax upon arrival. The owner asked me to have a seat and wait. About 20-30 mins after my wait the owner told me they didn’t do long nails when he clearly looked at my nails when I requested a fill in. I still went to the back to get my eyebrows done. I informed her I wanted them thick with a high arch. She thinned them out a great deal and cut off the parts closest to inner eye. Especially my left brow. I’m very disappointed.
