“With North Carolina being in the top 3 in hog production we have many stores and farmers offering “the best” available. Don’t be fooled if want the best-buy Cheshire. Period. Full stop. When competition barbecuers and chefs want an edge in competition or their restaurant they choose Cheshire pork. Why take chance with your family. I know i don’t.
Quality comes at a price and it’s usually worth it. Heritage Farm is special.”
