very bad service, they take a long time to give you the material when they have it in the warehouse and not on the shelves, they took me 1 hour to give me a corner for siding

Horrible experience trying to get a large order of lumbar, cement and fence posts delivered from this store. I ordered and paid extra for next day delivery, 4 days later I still hadn't recieved the order, call every day to find out about the order and was told that is was still being prepared. Finally I was told they were waiting for someone from Uber eats or door dash to come and get the order....... WHAT!
We took the whole week off work to build our live stock pens. We go into lowes a lot for small projects, there are so many employees just standing around doing nothing, even when you are looking for someone to ask a question, as soon as they see you they turn the other way so they don't have to help you.
I am very disappointed and I blame poor management for this.

Terrible. I’ve stopped in at the Goldsboro Lowe’s twice today. We called since we’ve never had pick up order take this long. We are on vacation and trying to get order of paver sand, weed fabric and tamper. We were told to come and our order would be ready. One hour here and we have all but one item. Disorganized is the word. We never have this issue at our home store in Fort Myers Florida. New management is in order. I’ve watched two more customers come and go and never got their order. Home Depot is missing out in this area. Lowe’s needs competition.

As people around here know, there are a lot of flies and gnats here. Whenever I cut my grass I have a bigger job swatting gnats from my face, so I decided to go to Lowe's and get Repel -Max. What a surprise, no gnats only had 1 try to get my ear other than that NO GNATS. Recommend Repel -Max for anyone who has a problem with flies and gnats

Always nice to visit this Lowe's. Nice people working there. Clean, stocked and organized store. The flowers, plants and trees are always amazing. Plenty of parking including handicap parking.

It was great until yesterday 6/7/24 Saturday I was with my mother and sister and a code was called out over the speaker and my family didn't notice but I did in our area. My sister had big items and only a small crossbody purse and I had a small back pack purse on my back which matched my cute shoes. Only thing I had was a bag of soil. I look to the right an associate was watching us, another from the registers in which she was looking at me weird and wasn't kind and she kept peeping around, others at customer service stared, one on the outside of the door with her back turned as If she was working. My family and I are not thieves and have no reason to take anything we can buy with our money. That was downright pathetic and disgusting. Be careful about how you treat customers. I dont care if their black, white, blue orange or green everyone is someone and is to be respected and not uncomfortable while shopping or browsing. With all that's happening in the community you need to be a help and watch for real criminals.
