Do not ever bring your vehicle here. I went to get my tire plugged something simple. I see this young kid banging on my tire just to tell me they changed it because it’s no good. Then the real problem happened I get down the road just to notice my light is on and it’s losing air rapidly. I take it back just so they can claim the tire wasn’t any good. I informed them that’s the tire they gave me. They take it off and find that my rim is cracked and bent as if someone was trying to pry something off. They take no responsibility and just start adding glue to it. Now a once $20 issue has turned into a $400 plus issue because now I have to buy a new rim that cannot be repaired. Do not take your vehicle here unless you want people just doing anything for money. It’s the negligence and no accountability that’s a major safety hazard. My tire could have flown off on the road going home. I’ve heard horror stories about damaged due to alignments and everything tied to this place. Just don’t.

They wanted to charge me extra to do an alignment because they had to loosen the upper control arm bolts which is something that you have to do to properly align the front end of a 2004 dodge ram it should be part of an alignment!! And not charged as extra!!They wanted me to pay extra for an alignment because they have to adjust the camber of my truck when that procedure is part of the alignment and I shouldn't charge extra they just want to see the customers' faces, don't go to this place!!!

These Mexicans are a joke. Especially if you are black BEWARE, they will get over just to get your money and send you on your way. Do not go deal with them unless you want a headache or you want to argue about something you know isn't right about what they did. They have way too many mouths to feed up there and nobody but one or 2 people speak English and if you don't stand on your word they will push you over. I cannot see this place surviving too much longer.

The worst place I have ever taken my truck to, it was vibrating a little when going 60mph in front due to lack of balance and it was worse after the work they did, they put too many weights on one of my tires and it was much worse, it seems like the wheel is going to come off. tire at 35 mph and when I came back they didn't solve anything, they just looked for excuses and tried to argue instead of trying to listen to me and solve the problem, I didn't ask them for a refund or compensation, just that they did their job well, which was what I paid for, I see. Why do they only accept cash?

I took two cars for alignment and they left me worse. They don't know how to align the noses that are there. I don't recommend it and the worst thing wasn't once, it was several times.
