We just had a large area of vinyl plank flooring installed. The sales people were friendly and made every effort to make sure to got the best deal for our money. Pricing was the best in town for both the vinyl planks we chose and the installation. The installer was one of the best installers we've ever had. He knew what he was doing, cared about his work and made sure that we were satisfied with his work. He actually made a call the day after he was done to make sure we were totally satisfied. When has that ever happened to anyone before? Pricing and service can't be beat at Johnson Carpet One of Goldsboro, NC!!

Our new floors look amazing! Every expectation we had for replacing our old floors with new laminate were met and exceeded by Tyler and the entire crew at Johnson Carpet One! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and helped us choose the flooring that was best suited for our needs (kids, pets, clumsy husband), all with a zero pressure approach to the sale. Within a day they were at our home to provide a quote on the job, and we were able to do even more than planned thanks to the great pricing! From start to finish the entire process took about a week, with zero effort in our part. The work crew was professional and hard working, putting in the time needed to complete the job and clean up as quickly as possible. Even after the job was over, the staff at Carpet One was there for us when we had questions and did everything they could to help us out!You won’t be disappointed doing business with them! We are already planning our next job with Tyler and crew!

I could not be more pleased with the service we received from Johnson Carpet. Tyler gave me great service upon walking in the door, with narrowing choices and through the whole process. We had a couple issues with our floor and they were very patient and even instrumental in getting those fixed before installing the new flooring. The installation went great and we now have a beautiful new floor! I would highly recommend their service!

I’ve had a great experience working with Johnson Carpet One! I went to them initially for flooring which they did an amazing job with. Then I found out that they also do tile work! So I hired them to install a new shower. They have a large selection and Tyler is well knowledged on what would work best for you! I’ve been super pleased working with them, all the crew are nice, hard working, have great attention to detail and ensure that the customer is happy. I would highly recommend them!

Johnson Carpet One did a phenomenal job replacing the flooring at our house. The entire process was quick and easy and they had the floors installed before they committed and the installation process was quicker than they had promised. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area that has flooring needs. I would like to personally thank our salesperson Mr. Francisco and the owner Mr. Greg of Johnson Carpet One. We recently bought a home and had all new flooring installed by Johnson Carpet One. We chose a low-maintenance, waterproof LVP. Throughout the process, Mr. Francisco was very knowledgeable and helpful, and the installation went smoothly. The installers were pleasant, professional, and timely. Fast forward a bit of time and we noticed some buckling and separating at the seams in the floor. We called Mr. Francisco to relay our concern. Within a few days he had an inspector at the house. The inspector observed the floor, inspected the crawlspace, and took moisture readings. He submitted his findings to Johnson Carpet One. Although, I don’t know all the details of the report, but I am cognizant of the fact that in SE NC there is bound to be some moisture due to the humidity. However, Mr. Greg, the owner of Johnson Carpet One, stood by their warranty and “Beautiful Guarantee” identified on their website. My husband and I are extremely grateful for Johnson Carpet One being a company that stands by their word.

I could not be more please with the overall service that I had received with Johnson Carpet. Mr. Joe Johnson was such a wonderful and patient salesman. He made the process so easy when it came to picking out the carpet I finally chose for the bedrooms. And the installation did not take long. I highly recommend using Johnson Carpet and Mr. Joe Johnson as your salesperson!!

Excellent work! Messed up my cheap floor moving a fridge called Johnson up and within 2 weeks I had brand new LVP floor for a very reasonable price! They’re the best in town and for good reason. measurements/workmanship was efficient and very professional trim and cuts are all seamless! One person was able to lay my entire kitchen floor in an afternoon!
