I recently called and asked about checking my 1999 Crown Victoria.
It's had a skip I had went by auto zone. They couldn't fine any codes but Mr. Jackson at Jackson Car Care he has a factory Scanner he showed it to me it missed
4,234 in five minutes it needed a coil. There are one for every cylinder and mine had the original from motor craft. He replace that one, and said that more may start to go out usually that's what happens. But for now am ok. Now am back up to getting 27mpg. I heard they was reasonable and really good and new there stuff.
I live in Raleigh but it was well worth the drive.

My daughters car had the dreaded red Thunderbolt symbol and needed a throttle bottle replacement as Mr Jackson recommended and he was very accommodating. I had to drop my car off over a weekend and pick it up after hours . He took care of the problem and was cheaper than a dealer would've been. I'd highly recommend and would do business with again.

Blew a radiator on 795 hauling our boat. I called and he said to bring it in and he would see what he could do. When I pulled up he had a new radiator there and was ready to install. In less than 2 hours we were back on the road and headed to the coast. Super friendly, very well priced and eager to help. Highly reccomend!!!
