I have been using Jackson hewitt tax services since 2016. Mostly because they offer the refund advance that doesn't cost anything to use. This year a lady by the name Ashley Douglas did my return, and she was very helpful, professional, and nice. The last word (nice) is so hard to get from ANYONE these days, so I had to give Ashley a shout out, thanks Ashley Douglas and Jackson hewitt.
