I walked in to switch providers from Verizon where I was paying over $300 a month (including payment plans on phones, watches and I also had internet through them) and was able to get two lines on their unlimited plan and two brand new iPhones for around $150 a month including the protection plans. That’s a win in itself but being helped by Autumn and Roxanne made it a wonderful experience. They are both extremely knowledgeable and kind. Autumn was the one that helped me directly and we had a running conversation as these things usually take a while and I could just tell that she was a great person! If you are a US Cellular customer and ever need assistance, please go see one of these ladies at the US Cellular on Wayne Memorial! “Had a great experience at Verizon today. Went in to upgrade one of our cell phones but got more. Luis was our sales rep and while he did assist us with the upgrade, he also very thoroughly explained the difference between the plans that Verizon offers and the one that I had (an older plan). Never once pressuring us to switch, but very clearly showing a comparison between the two. After all was said and done, we left with a new phone, a better plan where we save $ monthly, and better service/coverage that we’re already seeing. His professionalism, assistance, and patience was very much appreciated. Thanks!”

“I would really like to express my appreciation for the excellent customer service provided by Roderick. Normally I would do all my business online but due to some unexpected circumstances I couldn't wait for shipping. I live out of state and had to send my daughter to the store alone for a new line, phone and number port. From the start Rodrick took the stress out of the situation. They put me on speaker phone so I could explain what I wanted to do. He patiently listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions. He offered up a few recommendations for me to choose from and took it from there. I hung up expecting to get called back with some kind issue. No issues and about an hour later she walked out with everything resolved. I felt inclined to highlight such great service because this has not been my experience at other stores.”
