I paid 13.00 for a car wash and was tickled to see and hear all the updates. At the very end when the dryer started it never moved so my car was soaked when I left. I've emailed Kennedy at royal rinse numerous times since 1/6/26 and no response. I have sent the video of my car and my receipt but no response.

vacuum works great and one of the workers or the owner saw i was having trouble with my card and offered to pay for my vacuum experience 10/10 been going here for years

I’ve been coming here on and off for years. My ONLY COMPLAINT is the tire wash in the bays is ALWAYS EMPTY! If they could fix that problem, I’d gladly give 5 stars!
