Outstanding customer service as well as the best pork in the country IMO.I recently ordered a whole, bone-in pork shoulder. I received a slightly smaller one (16 lbs) than I had received in a previous order (which was 20 lbs -- as advertised ). I called to inquire about the size difference. I received a return phone call the next day with an explanation of what happened and an offer to send me another 20 lbs shoulder free of charge. And that is what they did. Outstanding customer service as well as the best pork in the country IMO.

There are not enough stars to give for their customer service. I placed an online order for 6 racks of ribs and a pork belly. I was tracking it on the UPS site and it seemed to be stuck at a UPS facility. I called Cheshire Farm and dealt with Ashley. I told her what was going on and she was worried that the meat would be spoiled. She immediately sent out a replacement order. Believe it or not the exact same thing happened when it got to UPS. I emailed Ashley again and without hesitation she overnighted another replacement order. That order and the original replacement order both just arrived. If the pork is anywhere near as good as Cheshire Farms customer service I will be incredibly happy. I can't wait to cook these ribs and pork belly.

Such a cute little shop! The staff are so welcoming when you walk in. They have a wide variety of meats, rubs, sauces, and so much more for you to choose from! I love walking around the place! The milkshake shop is phenomenal! Love the specialty flavors they have. The Smores and the Strawberry Shortcake milkshakes were both absolutely delicious! Definitely a must visit if you're in the area!

Hate to say it might be a scam. So much hype but my order packaging was severely damaged and one rack of St. Louis ribs were completely disintegrating from the middle and both ends were left dangling, when I sent a review on their website it was not published - but more recent reviews that were glowingly positive were published. Seems that Heritage Farms is only posting positive reviews and deleting the rest.

This is by far the best pork available for home use and BBQ competition. This is high end premium quality pork. I am a KCBS BBQ competitor and have never placed below top 10 in any contest with this pork. The only negative reviews are a woman worried about some peanut candy melting and a handful of liberal hacks who didn't like a Trump sign in the vicinity of the farm. These liberal nut jobs are educated beyond their intelligence. If you want a great pork product buy this special treat!

Just slow smoked 3 Heritage Farms Cheshire tomahawk pork chops & made one of the most memorable dinners ever. These chops obviously come from better slop. Buy some from Spek Specialty Meats in Ooltewah, TN.

Great local store. Understand that all meat is frozen but still great. They have a lot of cute souvenirs, good sauce options and delicious milkshakes.
