I HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH A EMPLOYEE TODAY. Frist time every. I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER THERE FOR OVER 40 YRS.And SHE WAS SO RUDE. SHE SHOULD NOT BE WORKING IN Customer Service. THE ONLY REASON FOR (1) STAR IS BECAUSE THAT IS THE ONLY WAY TO POST.Lots of training needs to be required in order to work with the PUBLIC.

Lady in Medical Supply extremely rude! Literally gave me one word answers to each of my questions and offered no alternative options when asked. Will NEVER set foot in this place again!

Employees are very RUDE! I have been here several times. I think management needs to address this since i see so many reviews of people with the same issue. It is not fair for customers specially if not feeling well.

12/21/2022 I have never thought to rate this pharmacy at a 3. But it's because of customer service when picking up medicines. I've never had an issue until today the slender white female employee with blond curls was rude to me. She spoke to me rude, grabbed my card told me I was doing it wrong and she was in a hurry. I'm young, I've worked in retail many years I'm very well knowledgeable about the electronics we have these days. I know I was inserting correctly but I wasn't fast enough for her liking. She wanted me out the way. She claim she was running 2 registers but the older lady she called next she was nice and kind to and took her time with her as well the lady afterwards. I didn't say anything because unlike her I don't act out of character in public nor my work place. I've been going there for years but since the passing of Mr Wiggins it hasn't been the same. I want stop going there at the moment but I will not allow that employee to speak to me nor run me up at the register ever again.

The people that work at this pharmacy are so rude and hateful. The way they speak to customers is appalling. It is so easy to be nice.

I don’t know who their driver is but they need some driving lessons. I had a green light and they decided to make a u-turn and I had to go around to not hit their van. Well they beeped at me like I was in the wrong.

Rude! With bad attitudes also don’t know how to speak to customers! I like using the pharmacy because service is always Pretty quick not usually a long wait for my medicine. But most that work here need to adjust their attitudes Today I called to get a prescription filled over the phone which was 1:36pm I asked how long will it be what time should I pick up the medicine. I was told WELL we close at 2:00pm (with an attitude) I said oh wow ok I thought it was 3:00pm she stated no our hours have changed I said ok I’m on my way. I walked inside and over heard her talking about me to another customer stating a lady just called saying we close at 3pm I told her NOPE we sure don’t we close at 2pm! I stated that was me who you spoke with over the phone online it says you guys close at 3pm she proceeds to tell me WELL it’s changed on FACEBOOK! with an attitude and rolled her eyes. I begin to tell her I do not have Facebook. She had an attitude the moment she picked up the phone today also shouldn’t be talking about a customer to other customers this isn’t the first time I have dealt with rudeness here I’m just not the one who like to leave reviews but I would appreciate if the owner talk to the staff about how to be polite. I gave two stars for the quick service but the bad attitudes overrides the service!

I've had to get my medication here for the past few months and I've yet to receive anything resembling bare minimum customer service. Every single person that I've had an interaction with is rude, snobby, and unprofessional - especially an older lady named Pat. I had the displeasure of dealing with her during my last visit to pick up my routine medications and she was horrible. She had a nasty attitude and spoke to me like some idiotic child who was wasting her precious time. On top of that, she also said my private information and the names of my PSYCH medications very loudly for everyone to hear. Haven't you ever heard of HIPAA laws? Or even common decency? I can't wait to be done with this pharmacy.
