They're alright. The receptionist was nice to me and my sister, but rude to my husband. Guess you have to take a gamble whether or not she will be nice. As for the experience, she was helpful while I was in the office, but once we did the application, it turned very quickly. I'm still looking, just not through them anymore. The only real good thing is they have an office doggo, and he's the sweetest boy.

Been renting for them for 2 yrs now. Very quick to respond very friendly and reasonable.

If I can help it I will not apply for another home from here again. These people are not the best with communication. I had to call three times only to be told the house I applied for was approved for someone else. So why I couldn't be told that the first time I called instead of being told someone will call me back. And the person did not call back at all. It took me to call a third time before I finally got an answer, and then they had the nerve to ask if I wanted to keep my application on file for future homes of course I said no. They need to learn how to better communicate.

They rented me apartment that was molded now they don't want to rent me anything else because I complained several times in moved out there really racist not 1 black person ever worked in that office...

I put in an application to a place today! The staff was very nice and professional! I haven’t went though the process of getting approved or anything yet, praying I can experience their business but I will say going into their place of business it was very clean, the receptionist was very polite!

Great people! The staff are all so kind and very helpful. Bryan, the owner, is a really nice guy. I don't think there is a better place in town to rent from. These people got your back!!! They really helped me out when I needed a place to stay.

Listings are not always updated, prices are different when you call. Hard to get a customer service support member on the phone.

We had Golden Key manage a property for us after another agent didn’t meet expectations. They have been great at keeping us in the loop with our tenants needs and making any repairs as soon as we found it about them. They made owning a property out of state easy.
