Service is great!! But prices are a bit high. Very much disliked the waiting area, very small, cramped. No outdoor area to sit. No vending machines!! I was told they are building a new facility and things would be much improved. But everyone was really nice, helpful and gave good information.

I was told that my preferences were too much for them to try and help me get into a vehicle… not sure how you going to tell me what I’m going to drive if I’m paying for it!! Over all customer service was terrible and very unorganized unprofessional sales rep didn’t seem to know or have much info on the vehicles.

Had a nice experience working with their friendly team. Trey was super helpful with getting photos to me right away. I drove from nearly 2 hrs away and I felt like they provided plenty of information ahead of time to make my decision easier. What I really appreciated was that the car I called about was the same one I ended up seeing and buying. Too often you feel like bait and switch at dealerships. Not here. Thanks!

I cannot thank the team at Frema enough! From the first contact with them by email, they were amazing to deal with and made the decision to buy a car a much more enjoyable one. This is my second experience with Frema Mazda! My daughter and I both walked away happy customers. They are family-owned but they make you part of their family. Gabe is like my brother now. Thank you, Frankie, Danny, and Max!!! The best part is seeing my daughter's face light up when she realized she was going to drive away in her own new car!!!! I had serious trust issues with car dealers and still do but I trust Frankie and her crew. I have no doubts in their efforts to help their customers. On top of that, they make the process hassle free and as easy as possible for the customer. You cannot go wrong at all with FREMA!!!!
