The FedEx I used was located in a Dollar general and they were very helpful in understanding the process.

If you want to ship large (according to them) FedEx boxes here don't bother, the staff doesn't want to take any boxes that are of any size whatsoever.

They don't up date their system, tell the customers and the company the customers packages are from two different things. I had to threaten to call an attorney just to get a straight answer.
