I completed my first purchase and had two associates load this in my truck. I was so impressed with that entire experience, I went back into the store to inquire about another product that I was going to purchase from an Ace Hardware competitor on my way home. This location had the product and the purchase was made—-again two associates loaded in my truck. I may have found my new “favorite” place to shop!

Came in hot get some tubing and screws for the boat and a re headed gentlemen was super helpful. Great service and the place is nice and clean.

Awesome customer service always, staff is super friendly and helpful. Manager Mark has helped my husband and I on several occasions. He’s resourceful and is able to give lots information on the Echo lawn care equipment they sale. Cody the mechanic in maintenance is awesome, I was able to call ahead and let him know what part my husband needed for his lawnmower and he had it waiting for me at the register. I really appreciated that because I had no idea what I was looking for. I see why my husband says he loves this place like I love TJ Maxx?.

I really enjoy going to this store. I go in get what I need and may spend time looking at other products for my next project. If I ever have a question it is answered and if they do not have an answer the associates do not try to come up with an answer, they will be truthful and simply say I don't know or ask another associate for the answer. I can always trust what they say because their honesty is paramount to their position and dealings with the public.

Went to this location. When I walked in the door no one spoke to me but i watched and noticed they spoke to every other customer except me. Not friendly and dry toward customers.
