I have been going to Downs Auto Parts for years and have been completely satisfied with the service and treatment you get from Mr. Lenard and his employees they always been very professional, but today i happened to go in for a part and Mr. Lenard stopped what he was doing on the computer to help me personally. I told him I had started the #1 Auto Surgeon L.L.C. repair shop and he took down my info and said he would start sending me some customers. That really touched me and showed me that there are some good people in this world you just never know who has your back.
