WOW! THIS PLACE IS OUT FREAKING STANDING!
Before I joined the military I worked in car sales.
I STILL HATED TRUCK/CAR SHOPPING! Not anymore!
This place had me in and out as I knew what I wanted on their lot. Walked in and walked out 20 min later. Totally worth the drive from Raeford. The service I received from my salesman Justin and the Manager Brandon were outstanding! I called in Saturday morning to make sure the truck I wanted was still on the lot. Brandon and my Justin immediately jumped on getting the ball rolling. Getting me appraised without even seeing my vehicle outside of some minor pictures and got me some numbers I then told them I needed to make sure it had an extended warranty and these folks did an absolute bang up, phenomenal job!
Later that night after they closed Brandon drove over an hour and a half to bring me the truck so I could see it. Even though I told him you don't have to come and I'm not signing paperwork until I have a day or two to think about it. He said "Man I just want you to see this beautiful truck. I think it would be great for you and the family" and if you don't want it no pressure! We sat in my driveway until about 11 pm and went over everything the truck could do. After he left my house he then still had the hour and a half drive back. Could not thank this company enough for showing what real sales are supposed to be like! The customer honestly comes first for them outstanding! Great job gentlemen. keep up the hard work!
Take the drive or even just give them a call and see what they got that will help you and your family!

I called in looking for a specific truck that I couldn’t find online, and Brandon, the GSM, convinced me to come in, saying he would make something work within my budget. So, I made the hour and 50-minute drive from Kelly, NC, and immediately, I could tell it was worth it. The atmosphere at Doug Henry GMC Buick felt great right from the start.
Brandon went above and beyond, finding a truck I hadn’t even considered, and made it work perfectly for me. I’m truly impressed with his work ethic, knowledge, and exceptional people skills. If you’re looking for a dealership that genuinely cares about getting you into the right vehicle, I highly recommend Doug Henry GMC Buick. It was well worth the drive!

I had the pleasure of working with Shawn Hicks to upgrade into a mid-size SUV. He worked with my husband and I and found our perfect fit. We appreciated his honesty, work ethic and his personality! He was there through the whole process and even after helped me order and install weather proof mats. We also had a pleasant experience with the finance manager, Ronail Coleman, once it came down to filling out the paperwork. He answered all my questions and made sure I understood my numbers. We would recommend Shawn and Doug Henry Buick GMC to friends and family.

They are great as sales people however, the absolute WORST care and customer service when it comes to servicing your vehicle. Not to say that when they finally get you in some thing always breaks down. In the last month I have been back three times because the first two times they did gave me a wrong diagnostic. I had to go back a second time they looked at it and they don’t have the part. I get a phone call telling me that the part is not in they’ll have to order it and I would get a call back early the following week. I call back Friday of the following week only to be told that yes the part is in but because they don’t know when they could fit me in, they didn’t call me. Why would they tell me they are going to call me when it comes in early in the week and not fall through with it? They schedule me in for Tuesday I drop the vehicle only to get a phone call telling me that their air went out and they will not be able to do anything to my vehicle until the following day. Not to mention that the first time I took it, I waited five hours and they ran out of water to finish doing what they were doing. Service department is an absolute joke! And they want me to buy another vehicle? I think not! Safe yourself, the headache!

Bad experience from the start with these people the sales guy gave me a set price on a vehicle ran my credit score and all that that affected my credit. Then when I went to go do all the paperwork they gave me another price then tried to argue with me about it after they already ran my credit Now I’ve had a 30 day tag that it already got so wet It came off I keep calling to see when my real tag will be in and the guy tells me he will call me back, but doesn’t they don’t care about their people here makes me question Why even bought this truck from them

Shawn Hicks is an absolute pleasure to work with when it comes to purchasing a vehicle! This is the second time I have purchased a car and he made the entire process easy to understand, all while having extreme efficiency and being a genuine pleasure to work with. I came from New Hampshire and had a detailed list of what I was looking for in a vehicle and he was able to assist and provide the best options for me.
