Special shout out to Allen Jones “AJ”. He accommodated us late around 6:30pm. He was very patient, explained to us in detail the car that is perfect for us family. Brad, was great!! From the time my rogue was brought in he quickly had the diagnosis done, estimate of the cost to have the repair done. Brad did excellence at keeping me update as to when the mechanic started, how far along the mechanic was and when he was done. I was very impressed with the turn around time. Brought my vehicle in on Tuesday the transmission needed to be replaced it was ready for pick-up that Friday afternoon. Thank you for such a great experience.
