Their system always says "let me transfer you to the pharmacy, sorry no one is available. Try your call later". Either their system is down or they are so lazy they don't answer. Based on other reviews, either is possible.

Store looked rather old and the pharmacy wasn't open "because it was lunch time." Someone should still be on duty. I wouldn't have a script sent here because of this. The store clerks were very nice, though.

It’s a shame to see how far down this place has gone. If you have medication you actually need to take, get it somewhere else. They might actually have it, and have someone in the pharmacy to get it for you.

i had a prescription put in on Wed last week. I go to pick it up on Thursday. Im told they are working on it and it will be ready in an hour and a half. I go back the next day (Friday). Only to be told the same thing.
Its an hour round trip so I am SURE it will be ready Monday.
Monday comes. Come back in an hour. Minutes after I get a text that they have to order it.
REALLY?? It took a week to figure that out?
Just like 3-4 times before. Meds needed not ready for a week!
CHANGING OVER TO WALGREENS!

Hi I do not recommend CVS to anybody there is one inside target that is hands-down an amazing pharmacy. My husband is locked into this pharmacy with a controlled substance that he needs from a doctor that he's never abused or tried to fill early he's been on the same prescription for seven years and every time we pick it up we get treated as if for some kind a horrible person as if were some kind of drug addict or I mean it's just really disgusting I know that people abuse prescriptions I know that there isn't crisis out there however the prescription we're on is not a painkiller it's not a benzo or anything like that just happens to be a controlled substance and we get treated horribly every single time we have to pick this medication up on top of that I have spent days waiting for a prescription getting told that they needed authorization from the insurance will contact the insurance company they say there's absolutely no authorization needed they don't know how to run the medication through it's just a horrible experience every single time.

WHY IS IT THAT OUR PRESCRIPTIONS WILL SET “in process” status for days until we call or go up there and then we get told they will be ready in an hour…. Last 3-4 times this has happened. Getting rather aggravated!!!!

Prescription faxed in yesterday- called this afternoon, was told it had to be flown in (?!). At first told it would be tomorrow, but I told them it was really needed by patient. Ok, well it'll be an hour.(?!) called in over an hour later, will be at least another hour... I know people need jobs, why don't they hire more help?!?!?!

Sat in the drive thru for over 10 minutes. No one came to the window to acknowledge my existence, I was left sitting there, til I finally drove off. I detest this place, it never changes. I was even questioned about WHY I took my Synthroid like it was a controlled substance or something, SERIOUSLY?!!! Once they even took my prescription sat it next to a register and forgot about it until I came in 2 hours later asking for it....UGH! I'm taking my business elsewhere, this is the last time I am even going to have ANYTHING sent here. They simply do not care about the people they serve and their customer service is horrible! If their behavior says anything it says I hate my job. I cannot believe Corporate CVS condones this kind of behavior and attitudes from their staff.

The absolute slowest worst cvs known to man. 35 min in a drive thru. Either they are really busy or need more help. Will be carrying my business elsewhere.

Pretty upsetting when you've been dealing with your insurance company all day to get a prior auth handled for your medication. Then twice waited on hold over 30 minutes on the phone, called to make sure they'd have enough medication to fill your prescription. Have been assured they have enough to fill your ENTIRE rx, only to get there an hour later and wait more to be told, guess what, "oh we don't have enough to fill this. Your doctor will have to send in a new prescription for you to fill it at another cvs a few miles away". Guess what, my doctor's office is closed, they close at 4pm! So here I am, trying to get everything prepared for this hurricane make sure I have my medication in case we have no power or end up flooded for days. And now, I have nothing because they couldn't bothered to make sure they truly had enough supply to fill it when I called. Had they done that, my provider's office would've still been open and I would've been able to have her send in yet another rx for me to the cvs 2 miles away that had enough stock! I understand being busy, especially in healthcare. I even understand that mistakes happen, but this is unacceptable. Especially when you know dang well that we are in a county that's been killed with flooding and thousands without power during the last hurricane! You would think as difficult as it is and inconvenient as it may be that they would be able to send a staff member to go borrow enough medication from a sister store to make it happen or make a well documented exception for allowing it to be filled at a sister store 2 miles away. Oh and customer service was a waste to talk to on the phone. Thanks so much

4 phone calls. Had to speak to 2 floor managers and still it took an hour and 5 minutes to talk to someone in the pharmacy. Then the pharmacy tech put me on hold too.
