The GM, Kiara, is absolutely wonderful! She has exceptional customer service skills! I walked in after speaking to the call center and she just did an amazing job doing what was in my best interest. Sincere, honest, kind and genuine. She walked me through several units with patience && no pressure sign!! Facility is secured, cameras/signs to prevent issues, and military discount (on top of other incentives). Thank you so much Kiara ??
