Had a better experience this time than normal. Was amazed on how much better the normal lady that works nights was much nicer than she normally is. I was surprised. I stopped going into the Circle K on Wayne Memorial just for the simple fact that the normal night time lady was always rude every time I has went into that store, but again as I stated she was much nicer than before. Improvements are always nice when you get a chance to revisit a store that use to be one of my favorite places to go in.

0 stars if possible, Bathrooms are NEVER open or available when i get here, its ridiculous! They claim its "messed up" yet i seen these restrooms closed every night for over a year! Makes no sense! Cant imagine the levels of frustration other customers have when they see this and absolutely have to use the restroom!

Stopped this morning for snacks before going to work. Some random guy that was hanging in the store came up to me (too closely) and said he was going to jail and wanted money. I immediately stepped back. Then he says I'm just kidding and touched my shoulder. I said loudly. Don't touch me! I then walked away to the register. He follows me saying he was joking. He then goes to the next register and stands there mumbling. I walk out and he stands at the window staring at me walk to my car and drive off. The only other people in the store were the 2 employees who said and did sbsolutely nothing. I will NEVER go back there again because I do not feel safe. I noticed before men hanging out in the store by the door but this is the first time i was actually approached.

Worst customer service experience I have dealt with in a long time. You call this store and the 2 that are in there just pick up the phone and don't say anything and just leave lay the phone down to where you can hear them in the background laughing and playing around and when you try to call back you get busy signals like they have left the phone off the hook for over an hour. Will never come here again don't take the job as a lead csr if you aren't going to do your job!!!!!

I was in there a couple hours ago.You had at least 6 people waiting in line with one cashier working.The other was sitting outside on her rear end smoking and texting.If your that behind you better get inside and help.
