Carrie and her team were fantastic! I hired her for one of my listings this week... the house was absolutely filthy to start with, and she cleaned it incredibly well, even with NO WATER or heat on at the property! She always had a solution for any issue, brought in her own water and heater, took videos to show progress and kept me updated the whole time. Carrie's Custom Cleaning went above and beyond!! Definitely will be hiring her again!

She is the absolute best!! Last year I used her for after mold treatment clean up. I’ve used her for deep house cleaning and carpet cleanings!! Carrie and her staff cleaned our house and I highly recommend them! The scheduling of the cleaning could not have been easier, and Carrie showed up right on time. She was very professional, thorough, and followed my requests exactly. The house needed a really deep cleaning and they paid attention to every little detail. Everything looked and smelled GREAT upon completion of the job. She even found mold that I didn't know was there and thoroughly cleaned it up. And she insisted that I carefully inspect the cleaning they had done before they left the house. I have already requested a return visit from them. Carrie and her team were amazing. They were on time. We discussed what I wanted, which was a deep clean and they got to work. She moved the furniture and wiped down the baseboards and ceiling fans. Every room was swept and mopped. All the beds were made and most importantly, she took her time. She even organized my cabinets!!! Carrie's custom cleaning has been a game changer for our household. Between my traveling for work and my wife's work schedule, we are hardly ever home to keep the house as clean as we would like. After researching different cleaning services, we decided on Carrie because she actually cleans your house tailored to your needs ; and how you want your home cleaned. We are on a weekly schedule with her and every time she cleans, its like the first time she has ever cleaned our house. She and her team are very thorough. Our bathrooms are left immaculate; floors feel awesome to walk on barefoot, and the house in general just has that freshly cleaned feel that you get from a top rated Airbb or hotel (and we have three cats so she has her work cut out for her each week). She will even put on fresh sheets on your beds! Carrie is always very responsive and answers her phone even outside normal business hours. She goes out of her way to ensure you are a happy customer (and I'm one OCD individual) . We have even noticed certain things she has cleaned that we have never even touched before like our kitchen light fixtures! With something as intimate and important as letting someone inside your home to clean; I would not let anyone else do the job. I contacted Carrie's business on Wednesday, and they arrived early the next morning. Chris meticulously cleaned both the inside and outside of our cabinets, microwave and Oven, along with our stove top. All baseboards, counter tops, sinks, and mirrors were cleaned, mopped, vacuumed, dusted, and wiped down. Carrie offered a great price for her cleaning service. When she came by to inspect and tell me what will need to be done, she said this house is already clean and not much would need to be done. For the very few things I asked her about, she showed me simple yet effective tricks that take minimal effort. Her honestly, friendly tone, and advice is unmatched in this industry. To be more specific, she helped me touch up a few things, taught me new methods for cleaning, and she was very knowledgeable about her craft. Will definitely be getting her service again.
