I came across Carolina Pine trying to find the best price on two gallons of General Finishes topcoat. There were some complications shipping to my state, but they were very helpful in working with me to resolve the issue where a lesser shop might have given up and offered me a refund instead. They ended up having 8 quarts drop-shipped, which arrived quickly. I had to pay a little more, but it was far less than it would have been if I ordered 8 quarts in the first place, and it was still competitive with the prices I had seen on gallons at other shops. Thank you!

I just received paints and a gallon of top coat that I ordered from Carolina Pine. (Their prices are excellent compared to so many vendors.) Apparently the store didn't have the gallon size, so they sent 4 individual quarts, which works quite well for me. This is obviously a less profitable solution for them, but they incurred it rather than notifying me that they didn't have it. All cans were in plastic, then paper and very well sealed. The paints arrived quickly. I'd like to thank them for their generosity and good business sense. I highly recommend and will certainly purchase from them again.

My wife and I went into your store about 2-3 weeks ago with our dachshund puppy and we were met with open arms. You stood and talked with me as my wife shopped and we shared stories about our dachshunds. We have always enjoyed your store and have never had any problems with you or what we purchase. By the way, there is a new group on FB, Wayne County Wieners that would love to have you join. I had to throw that in there.. Keep up the good work on the store..

Your store is absolutely beautiful. I do have to say the both times I’ve been in,the customer service was impertinent. Both times I visited, she’s on her phone, I say hello, she continues to look at her phone and mumbles hello under her breath as if she doesn’t want to acknowledge me. Observing other customers coming in,she greeted with a warm welcome. After my purchase I wished her a merry Christmas and she didn’t even respond. I usually am not one to write a review after a first unpleasant experience as I try to understand that sometimes people have bad days and you never know what someone may be going through but this was the second visit I was treated this way. Very disappointed. I believe that you should treat every customer with a warm welcome. Not just certain ones.

Last week I ordered some miss mustard seed milk paint and extra bond. After I placed my order, I realized I need much more milk paint for my project. I contacted the store shortly after placing the order and they were able to change my order and get me a larger size. The shipping was fast too! I will definitely buy from this store again!

Love this store. Awesome and unique selection. The owner is prior military and she’s very helpful and goes the extra mile, whole stuff staff is friendly and helpful as well! Cannot recommend this little shop enough!

Love this store! Such a gem in downtown Goldsboro with amazing customer service and staff. Highly recommend for all things home decorating and DIY! Their line of Annie Sloan paints are the best in repurposing furniture with coverage like no other. Can’t say enough great things about this store!
