“They are GREAT!!!! Extremely FABULOUS and WONDERFUL in my experience. I always hear, "oh leave them alone or it's not worth it." Well, I have to disagree and let me tell you why...Due to those sayings, I was afraid my money would be flushed down the drain, but that was definitely NOT the case. PERSONALLY (joint account), I had some of BEST ASSISTANCE with any of MY hectic concerns and issues. If at ANY TIME I was unaware, misunderstood, or simply needed help, ANYTHING, they were RIGHT THERE!!! EVERY SINGLE STEP OF THE WAY!!! They worked it out, fixed it, explained EVERYTHING, EVERY SINGLE TIME! Therefore, I would like to say THANK YOU ALL for your help and extreme services during my experience. “What started out as an absolutely horrible morning on the phone with Hertz’s call center ended in a truly and honestly delightful surprise — and with a happy customer — thanks to Jessica at Hertz Goldsboro.Jessica, who is the local agent here it seems, was an absolute pleasure to work with. She gave me a call after Hertz’s call center processed my claim (which was an awful experience but…) and made me feel at ease from just her kindness and collegiality on the phone. She assured me on a busy holiday weekend that she’d have a car for me, and was very kind and inviting toward me even though I admittedly was a little frustrated overall.When I arrived at the Hertz, I was so delighted to see that it was her at the desk, and she even remembered me from our phone call. She made me laugh from the moment I got in the door, had me in and out of the office within 30 mins with keys in my hand, and even went so far as to take me outside and helped me check out each of the cars she had available to make sure they met my standards.She also was incredibly knowledgeable in explaining the rental process, costs, etc. and answered all the questions I had perfectly.Jessica is a true gem at Hertz. She — the sole person in the office at the time might I add — is the reason this location is a 5 star Hertz in my view. From start to finish, she was amazing.”

“Thank you even there was an error with my reservation. They made every to assist. Which was very important. Was traveling to DC with my wheelchair bound Mom for my Dad's funeral. The mini van is what she was used to.Micheal Graham was Awesome and very apologetic. He was helpful with my departure and return. Sean Geist, the manager was sympathetic and apologetic. Asked all the right questions and concerns for the error. He was great with my return and cash out. Adjusted my bill for their mistake.I appreciate the effort. Thank you Goldsboro Enterprise.”
