Horrible horrible experience not only was the lady disrespectful but it took nearly a week longer than I was told. Then instead of calling and telling me it would be a little longer he let me drive from Fremont to pick the car up TWICE! . The paint job is the worst I’ve seen in years, paint on my headlight, paint dried while running down, paint on my tires! I usually use Spriggs but wanted to give someone else a try but NEVER AGAIN! Honestly I give them 0 stars because I am truly upset with the job he has done. I’m just going to trade the car in now I don’t even want it nomore.

Never picks up phone. Went for diagnosis and told me it was my alternator and was gonna be about 250. When all it was was my starter which cost me 35 bucks at a junkyard and 20 min to put on myself. Now works good as new. Glad I didn't go with them.
